Only by eating cornflakes there can be no weight gain or loss. Advice him to follow a well balanced diet with lots of high calorie foood.

In order to lose weight, now a days I'm doing intake of around 1500 calories and walking 4 kms in 1 hour (walking also includes 100 m of jogging). As I'm a new comer, I'm trying to improve my jogging time. I wanted to ask one thing, going with this pace, I mean consuming 1500 Cal and walking 4 km, how much weight I can lose in one month? My aim is 72 kg.

Hi, its important to know where your 1500 calories come from fat or carbs. Just calculating 1500 calories will not help its important to know the source. You may be consuming a pastry and you get you 200 calories:)

Hi, there is no food which would help fat burn. To lose your extra fat or lose body weight you need to engage yourself daily in a good exercise regime and start following a healthy diet plan.
