Vitamin c and primrose oil supplements can be taken. Creams can be suggested upon examining the skin. Ask your friend to see a dermatologist.

Make sure to moisturise not just your face but also your arms, legs & feet at least once a day.Apply a moisturiser on a damp skin surface in order to lock the moisture in your skin.

Dry skin can be extremely sensitive to sun, wind and cold temperatures. To make it better, use a rich, creamy cleanser and warm water to wash your face daily.

People with sensitive skin should use cleansers, toners, makeup and moisturizers which are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic.

Normal skin type cleansers available in the market should only be used by people with normal skin. After that, they should wipe their skin with an alchohol-free, hydrating toner and apply some moisturizer post toning.

Make sure you dont dig into your cuticle or cut the cuticle while doing a pedicure/manicure. Cuticles are meant to protect your nail bed.
