I want to get rid of my wrinkles over forehead and near eyes so what cud be better and economical? Botox or fillers? ...
On first approch I never recommend botox and fillers to my patients I use it as a last resort when most of the tropical medications do show significant change there are severe risks associated with them which patients do not understand I know there are some doctors who recommended botox straight away just to make quick money from patients my advice would be first try some good anti aging brands good brands are artistry estee lauder clinique makari shishedo etc in my option most effective and easiest to buy are artistry youth extend range my recommendations are 1 get youth extend protecting creme 2 get youth extend enriching creme 3 get a multivitamin tablet because anti aging treatment requires good antioxidants you can choose any good brand I recommended nutrilite because you need to take only one tablet in a day

Hello, Underarm and inner thigh pigmentation may be due to various reason. Fungal infections need to be ruled out before any treatment. If ther is no fungal infection, then you can use some milder pigmentation creams containing kojic acid, niacinamide like Melaglow cream. But you need to understand these areas take long time to sow results. Consult a dermatologist.

Its possible to achieve your basic colour back by taking a skin lightening treatment regimen for 6-8 months, consisting of sunscreens, skin lightening creams, antioxidants and multivitamins and external treatments like peels. After this you will have to maintain the results by application of sunscreen and moisturisers daily. A combination of all these treatments with Q-switch laser can help you achieve lightening of the pigment. Stick to the treatment for 8-10 months and take optimum sessions of the laser.

Hello. The scars and the pigmentation on the face are treatable. It's better to get it examined first so that we can identify the type of skin, scars and if they are hyper pigmented, atrophic or ice pick scars. The treatment are of various kind like ranging from simple scrubs and mild peels for the face to the major interventions such as laser therapy, dermaroller, subcision or peeling. These depend on the type of the scars and which kind you opt for. You can consult me online or text me with pictures for further details.

Hello, How to make arrowroot paste for weaning infants, poor digestion, diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome – Arrowroot powder 2 teaspoons – Sugar 1-2 teaspoons – Water 1 cup – Mix them in a pot – Heat the pot on a stove in low heat – Stir it till it thickens – Remove from the stove – Serve while warm Arrowroot powder is safe to eat. Instead of boiling in water, it may be boiled in milk. Please note, arrowroot has mild effects to help treat poor digestion, diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome. Basically, it is a food, not a medicine. If you suffer from a serious diarrhea, you should seek medical care.

Hello, Getlite cream has hydroquinone and steroid which are strong depigmenting agents but should not be used for long period as they have side effects. Kojivit plus cream is effective and more safer it can be used twice a day. And use sunscreen 2-3 times a day based on your sun exposure. It does take time.
