The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Premature ejaculation I would like to suggest you a couple of exercises for PE 1. While you are urinating, stop the urine mid steam for 2 seconds. This should be done by contracting the muscles and NOT BY USING HANDS. After 2 seconds, you should let the urine pass for next 5 seconds and again stop it midstream. This sounds simple but requires practice. This needs to be done each time you go for urination. Initially you may stop the urine only ones but gradually the frequency of stoppage can be increased. 2. While working or sitting at workplace or at home, contract (tighten) the pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and then release it for 5 seconds. Now you would wonder where are these pelvic muscles are? If you are still confused about what are the pelvic muscles here is a clarification. Suppose you are standing in a queue outside a public toilet and you have go to pee in urgency and You have to wait for 5 min for your turn. You would stop your urine in some way by making some muscles around your penis tight. These muscles are the pelvic muscles. Do such repetitions for 5 times continuously, and you can also repeat such sets 5 times a day. Masturbation exercise Whenever you go for masturbation, stroke for some time and when you feel, you r about to ejaculate, stop and rest for 1-2 minutes and then again start stroking. Follow this for 3 times and then only discharge (ejaculate). Through this exercise your muscles which hold semen during sex will get stronger and a signal will be sent to brain that you have to last this much longer during sex.

What Can Lead To Premature Labour?

The usage of “9 months” with pregnancy is almost universal. However, it is not always that all women go through the entire 9 months with the baby. Most often, delivery happens during the 37th to 40th weeks. This allows for the complete growth of the baby within the mother’s womb. When delivery happens before the 37th week, it is known as preterm delivery or premature labour. These babies may not be completely formed and may have temporary or long-term difficulties after birth.

There are many reasons which can induce premature labour, and while some are preventable, some may be inevitable.

  1. Smoking: One of the first things to do when planning a pregnancy or as soon as you realise you are pregnant is to quit smoking. It is way too damaging for the mother and the baby within.
  2. Alcohol consumption or street drug usage: These again can cause not just premature labour but also developmental abnormalities.
  3. Multiple pregnancy: Women pregnant with twins or multiples often have premature labour.
  4. Health problems: Medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes, infections, etc.
  5. Abnormalities: Developmental abnormalities in the newborn like Down’s syndrome, chromosomal abnormalities, etc.
  6. Weight: Being either obese or underweight can cause premature labour.
  7. Prenatal care: While preparing for pregnancy or as soon as you confirm it, ensure you put yourself in the hands of a good gynaecologist. This will ensure you (and your baby) get the required care.
  8. Less gap: Reduced gap between subsequent pregnancies can also induce premature labour.

Warning signs of premature labour

  1. Frequent pelvic contractions (about every 10 minutes)

  • With any of the above symptom, do not indulge in any activity and rest on the left side for a while.
  • Drink about 2 to 3 glasses of juice or plain water.
  • If the symptoms get better, continue to rest for the day.
  • If they do not, call the doctor. Usually, the doctor will ask you to come to the clinic.
  • In some cases, the baby might be delivered and require neonatal care for some days (to weeks) depending on development and symptoms.

The cost of hair transplantation is extrmely variable. Being hair transplant surgeon myself with an experience of over 800 surgeries in last one half years. I will suggest you to do a thorough research about the doctor. There is huge quackery in hair transplant and unqualified people are doing surgery in India. Its not a easy science. You should look at few aspects of the surgeon. Qualification MD in dermatology or Mch Plastic surgery. How regularly he does hair transplant. Set up, type of punches he uses in FUE (international verses local) Magnification involved in surgery as it determines precision of surgery Credibility. Warning - Do not go after brands which offer surgery in Rs 1 and then EMI or very less cost. Remember your grafts are limited and canvas is very big. And if surgery fails you have to consult a qualified surgeon for corrective surgery. A wrongly placed hairline cannot be corrected easily. Or lower hairline cannot be made higher. M so understanding and experience of surgeon is the key.
