Start cap. Optimum nutrition fish oil 2 caps daily after meals you ll start feeling things by 3rd week continue for 3 months . Also check your 1. TFT 2. Vitamin D3 levels 3. Calcium levels 4. CBC with ESR 5. Lipid profile follow with reports.

Good evening sir I have stomach ulcer. I have burning pain in empty stomach. I have headache and vomiting 2- 3 days in week. I am taking sucralfate suspension and esomeprazole domperidone capsule from last one month. I am taking khisadi and fruit only. I have loose my weight 4 kgs. But still have burning. Please sir suggest me what I have to do.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat good luck..

Ankylosing spondylitis is a cause of back pain in adolescents and young adults. Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of chronic inflammation of the spine and the sacroiliac joints Chronic inflammation in these areas causes pain and stiffness in and around the spine, including the neck, middle back, lower back, and buttocks. Over time, chronic inflammation of the spine (spondylitis) can lead to a complete cementing together (fusion) of the vertebrae, a process referred to as ankylosis. Ankylosis causes loss of mobility of the spine. Pt treatment deep breathing for lung expansion and stretching exercises to improve spine and joint mobility. Are also advised to sleep on a firm mattress and avoid the use of a pillow in order to prevent spine curvature. Aerobic exercise is generally encouraged as it promotes full expansion of the breathing muscles and opens the airways of the lungs.
