I am Dt. Neha Chheda, Dietitian/Nutritionist. I have a team of dietitians in my clinic who all are working along with me. These days we have so many fitness gurus and diet experts who can be easily approached. Every professional has their own way and approach towards nutrition. We believe in a sustainable lifestyle modification as it is not practical to be on a diet for a lifetime. We work on every individual and try to integrate a healthy lifestyle and daily nutrition into the routine. We design a custom based diet for every individual considering their food, lifestyle, medical parameters, caste, religion and body parameters.

So, how do we go about? At first, we analyze the current lifestyle and then we will suggest the necessary corrections and counsel the member to lead a sustainable lifestyle modification. Then our team plans a well-balanced diet which helps you achieve your desired results. Once the diet started working on you, we make it more interested by providing you nutritious and delicious recipes which can be integrated into daily cooking. A team of diet mentor as well as monitor the program. Last but not least, we include a lot of functional foods which makes your diet medicine as well as supplement and keeps you going throughout. We basically treat the root cause of the problem and not directly the problem hence, to treat you well.
