Hi Take atleast 2L of water. Take plenty of fluids. Avoid fast, spicy and oily food. Avoid caffeine. Take dinner atleast 2 hr before sleep. Don't skip meals take small meals. Eat fruits. Start green tea.

To reduce weight you need to avoid processed ready to eat foods that come in a pack like backed, fried and confectionary, minimise dairy food, rice and wheat based food, sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables, sprouts, nuts and seeds.

To lose weight you need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. Avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. जीवाणु, विषाणु और फंगल संक्रमण के रूप में होने वाली साइनस को गंभीर बीमारियों की श्रेणी में तो नहीं रखा जाता है लेकिन इसे हल्के  में लेना आपको नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है. साइनस हमारे नाक के आसपास, गाल व माथे की हड्डी के पीछे तथा आँखों के बीच के भाग में पैदा होती है. ये हवा से भरी छोटी-छोटी खोखली गुहा रूपी संरचनाएं होती हैं. साइनसाइटिस से साइनस में किसी संक्रमण के कारण सूजन आ जाती है. साइनस के मरीज अपने सिर दर्द या अपने चेहरे में दर्द और नाक बंद होने के अनुभव से इसका अनुमान लगाते हैं. कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि नाक से हर पदार्थ बहने लगता है. दर्द इस बात पर भी निर्भर करता है कि पीड़ित व्यक्ति किस प्रकार के साइनसाइटिस से प्रभावित है. यह बीमारी तीन से आठ सप्ताह के मध्य रहने पर तीव्र व आठ सप्ताह से अधिक रहने पर क्रॉनिक साइनसाइटिस कहलाती है. आइए साइनस के उपचार के बारे में विस्तार से जानें.

1. अजवायन
साइनाइटिस के उपचार में अजवायन की भूमिका काफी सकारात्मक है. साइनसाइटिस के उपचार के लिए आजवाइन काफी अच्छा है क्योंकि यह अपने रोगाणुरोधी गुणों के कारण उन कीटाणुओं को मारने का काम करता है जो इस बीमारी का कारण हैं. अजवायन की पत्तियों का तेल अपने आहार में भी शामिल करके आप इस बीमारी से दूर रह सकते हैं. आप इसे चाय में इसकी 2-3 बूँदें मिलाकर भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं.
2. टमाटर का रस
टमाटर का रस बलगम की परत को पतला करके नाक की रुकावट को कम करने का काम करता है. इसमें पाया जाने वाला विटामिन ए साइनस के सूजन को कम करके सूजन को ठंडा करने में सहायक है. इसके लिए आप टमाटर के रस में एक चम्मच नींबू और नमक को मिलाकर उबालकर इसे कुछ समय के लिए ठंडा करके पी लें.
3. तिल का तेल
यह एक अद्भुत तेल है जिसका उपयोग न सिर्फ बालों को सुंदर बनाने में बल्कि स्वास्थ्य विकारों में भी मदद करता है. साइनसाइटिस के उपचार में भी तिल के तेल की भूमिका बहुत प्रभावी है. आप अपनी दोनों नासिका छिद्रों में तिल के तेल की 2-4 बूँदें डालें. इससे आपको बंद नाक को खोलने और साइनस को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी.
4. नीलगिरी का तेल
निलगिरी के तेल का उपयोग भी साइनस के उपचार में किया जाता है. इसके लिए आप उबलते पानी की एक कटोरी में नीलगिरी के तेल की 6-7 बूँदें डालकर उस कटोरे में एक तौलिया डालें और उसमें पानी को सोख लें. इसके बाद तौलिए को निचोड़ लें. फिर इसको अपनी नाक और माथे के क्षेत्र पर रखें. इसे तब तक ना हटाएं जब तक कि यह अपनी गर्मी ना छोड़ दे.
5. सेब का सिरका
आप गर्म पानी के एक गिलास में सेब के सिरके के दो बड़े चम्मच मिलाकर अपने लिए एक पेय पदार्थ तैयार कर सकते हैं. आप इसको दिन में 2-3 बार ले सकते हैं. इससे आपको काफी राहत महसूस होगा.
6. प्याज
प्याज का उपयोग हम नासिका मार्ग को साफ करने में करते हैं. यह उन बैजीवाणुओं को नष्ट करने में मदद करती है जो साइनस संक्रमण के कारण उत्पन्न होते हैं. एक प्याज को काट कर 10 मिनट के लिए उबलते पानी में डालें. उसके बाद आप एक तौलिए के साथ अपने सिर को ढक कर भाप ले सकते हैं.
7. पुदीने का तेल
एक बड़ा कटोरा लें, उसमें गर्म पानी डालें और पुदीने के तेल की 5-6 बूँदें मिलाएँ. अपने सिर को नीचे इस कटोरे के ऊपर झुकाएँ और एक तौलिया का उपयोग कर इसे ढकें और भाप लें. यह अतिरिक्त बलगम की परत को पतला करने में मदद करेगा.
8. नींबू बाम
साइनाइटिस के लिए जिम्मेदार जीवाणुओं को नष्ट करने में नींबू बाम काफी उपयोगी है. आप पानी में नींबू बाम की पत्तियों का उपयोग कर गरारे भी कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको इसकी पत्तियों को 10 मिनट तक उबालकर थोड़ा ठंडा होने पर आप इससे गरारे कर सकते हैं.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. Include high protein with high fibre diet with less carbohydrate. Avoid to take every kind of packaged, process food and all kind of sugary drink. Try to take your dinner as soon as possible and avoid jogging after dinner, you can go for walk after dinner. You can do exercise in evening time. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.
