Hi Lybrate user Focused approach, planned studies, strong will power and inner motivation are keys to success for any competitive exam. You have to stay motivated throughout your preparation. Keep yourself calm and maintain your peace of mind its very important for your concentration. You should not take any kind of pressure just do your best and try to stay focused only on achieving your goal and doing hardwork. Keep yourself motivated and always remind your goal. Be totally dedicated and focused in your studies, you have to sacrifice many things of your life to achieve your goal. Hi Lybrate user Do some productive work. Make a list of your thoughts and try to identify the causes of your stress, and make some effort to manage it on a healthy way. Express your feelings with a close family member or friend, this is one of the healthy way to relieve stress. Spend some time with your hobby. Deep breathing, muscle relaxation, yoga can also very helpful for you. Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle like eat healthy, get enough sleep. Stress is our part of life, it would not disappear from our life, but buy paying attention to what causes your stress and practicing ways to relax you can counter some of the bad effects of stress and increase your ability to cope with challenges. Do some activities you love to do, like painting, cooking, listening music. Thanks.

Hi Lybrate user You have to try to motivate yourself and your main motivator should be your aim/ goal. What you want to achieve through your studies, it may be a good grade, good job or whatever you want to achieve, those things don't just happen, you have to work hard for them. Make a study schedule and try to follow it. Think positive take some deep breath and look forward for your bright future. I want to ask about my son he is 7 year old. His behavior is not good not talked in mannerable way. Never listen and follow to anyone. always jumping shouting making face etc. Never concentrate on one thing. If we did not do whatever he like he shouts hits to everyone. Did not concentrate on his studies too.

Hi Lybrate user Your son is only 7 year old, don't take too much stress. Try to indulge yourself with him, play with him. Tell motivational stories, if you expect your child to speak to you in a respectful manner, you need to do the same. Make a conscious effort to use a loving tone, and focus on why his behavior was wrong. Don't expect too much too soon, your child is still a young child give him some time for grow-up. At last always remember good behavior starts with good communication between parents and child. Keep your home atmosphere happy and healthy. Thanks.

Hi Lybrate user I appreciate you for having kept interest in learning after a four year break, congrats on your decision to come back to complete your studies. Just be confident, you may have been away from study for some time but in the life experiences you have had in the meantime can serve you very well in your approach to study and your success. There are some tips that will help you -- Organize your study schedule, Make a list of your priorities, if things seems overwhelmed break them into small steps. Give yourself little rewards whenever you achieve something and most important always remember your goal for maintaining your motivation. Don't worry too much about your spelling mistakes its needs practice, read newspapers, and give your full attention on spellings. Eat healthy sleep well and do your best. Thanks.

I have stopped smoking. How can I clean my lungs, so that it does not cause problem later.
That's very good, you can see the positive impact of smoking cessation on your physical fitness will starts appearing soon after quitting. Purification of the lungs takes a very long time although your lungs may become cleaner over the time. Eat fruits, green and leafy vegetables for detox you lungs. Do some physical exercise daily like jogging, swimming, outdoor games etc. Many people feels stressed after quitting smoking so try to be relaxed, meditation is also very helpful. Always remind that if you continue smoking your lungs will only continue to be damaged. Please do not forget this point and keep up your motivation for quitting smoking. Be proud of your everyday improvement you have already achieved. Thanks.

I am feeling very low, mentally. I haven't done anything in my life, the girl I like, left me and got a good job. But I want to rebuild all but now mental health is weaker to do new things, I feels sad, I like to go and do things for myself but I can't, I can't understand myself what I want, what I wanna do and what I am doing. I have no controls of my thoughts process. I am feeling depressed because I don't have a clue what direction I am going. People of my age going America and getting job in MNC. I feels very lonely, I can't take this more. I wanna free, happy with no worries, I don't wanna money, I wanna happiness. People are judging me on my marksheet and it's horrible and I am feeling not ok. What should I do?

Hi Lybrate user First of all, try to increase your self- esteem and in order to increase your self - esteem, you have to challenge and change the negative beliefs you have about yourself. At first you may feel like it is impossible but there are a lot of different techniques you can try to help youself - Do some activities daily that you enjoy. Try not to compare yourself to other people. Try to do regular exercise, eat healthy and get enough sleep. Set a goal for yourself and try to achieve them, it may be small but when you achieve them, you feel satisfied and proud of yourself and certainly you will feel more positive about yourself. Thanks.

Hi Lybrate user Try to stay positive. Remember that your value does not decrease just because someone else fails to see it. Remind yourself you have successfully completed your b tech. Just think about your past hard works, and don't give up. Make a list of 10 things you have done, and are thankful for. Try to focus on what you have done for improving your self confidence. And for your laziness- develop a routine or create a everyday list of all things you have to do and try to follow it, at least one weeks. All the Best.
