I am complaints of Depression since 1 years. Restless Character. Feels as if move constantly from one position to another position. can't sit properly. Tiredness all over the whole body. Brain Fag. More thinking aggravates all over the mental and Physical symptoms. I am a doctor working as a hospital since 8 years. My Psychiatrist prescribed me Tab. Arip MT 10 and Tab. Ciplar 10 mg .I took this medicines since 10 days. Improvement is there. So Doctor What will be give advise from your side, which advise may I help and I will be bring out from above situation?

1:- plan your study time:- plan your studying with regularly scheduled study sessions about 45 minutes long separated by 5-10 minutes breaks.
2:- try to maintain a healthy lifestyle:- eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, do some physical exercise regularly.
3:- keep things in perspective:- the exam might seems like the most crucial things right now but in the perspective of your whole life, they are only a small part of your life.
4:- take steps to overcome problems:- if you find you don't understand some of your course material try to take help from your teacher or classmate.
5:- don't keep things botteled up:- confiding in someone you trust and who will be supportive is a great way to alleviate stress and worry.
6:- believe in yourself:- the most important thing is always think positive and believe in yourself. If you prepare for the exam properly you should do fine, there is no need to worry. Just do your best. All the best.
