Hello, we need to know the carb: protein: fat ratio before giving you a solution to it, as the ideal ratio differs from individual to individual. It is alright if you have more carbohydrates in the morning as you anyways seem to be under weight looking at what information you have mentioned above in the description. Just don't over do on your simple carbohydrates try keeping complex carbohydrates in your diet that comes from whole cereals and pulses.

These foods, are are considered to e very hot for the body, due to which there could be the development of acne on the face. Try having lots of water in the day, and fruits and vegetables which have high water content. This will help to keep the body cool and also helps in detox.

Hello. Healthy weight calls for healthy lifestyle. It is very important to do lifestyle modifications in order to loose weight. Following the natures cycle, that is early to bed early to rise. Splitting the meals into shorter meals, that is having some food every 2.5-3 hours. Portion control. Incorporating 1st class proteins coming from animal sources or by mixing cereals and pulses. Increasing the intake of fiber. Avoiding the junk, oily, fatty food, foods that are highly processed. Along with this, devoting at least 45 mins of the daily routine to physical activity. Having plenty of water daily, as that's the best detox. These tips would help you achieve your goal.

Hello. Fat has been gained over time, and the loos would also be a slow process. Loosing fat from the abdominal area is the most difficult part of weight loss. In order to loose fat around the abdominal area, one must start exercise that focus on the muscles of the stomach. Avoid foods that are high in fat, that are high in oil, butter, ghee, foods that are processed, etc. Include foods high in 1st class proteins that come from milk and its products, animal meat, eggs, etc. Also from a blend of cereals and pulses. Increase the intake of fiber in the diet that comes from raw fruits and vegetables, bran of cereals, etc. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. This should help you loose the fat.

Hello, If you are 193 cm in height, and 75 kg in weight, you are not over weight, rather a little lower on your weight for your height. Exercise every day, build your muscles, and lean body mass, increase the intake of 1st class proteins in the diet that comes from milk and milk products, and other animal sources.

Hello sir, my son is 4 year and his height and weight are 94 cm and 15 kgs resp. I want to know is that normal or is he under weight per his age?

Hello, he is just below the ideal weight, he could increase in height. But a few kg increase with the increase in height wouldn't do any harm. Also there is no need to worry about the height, the rate of growth of each child is different. Do give him foods rich in calcium, like milk, expose his skin to direct sun light for 30 minutes, everyday, between 11: 00 am-3: 00 pm to get the vitamin d. This would help build the strength of the bones and help grow. Make sure the diet has enough protein which is essential for growth.

Hi, I always eat white rice or parathas made of maida, which is better among them?
Hello. Both aren't really good options. But if you are very fond of white rice you can par boil the rice. Try eating brown rice instead of white, and in parathas, try using wheat flour, but wheat bran along with maida, to reduce the quantity of maida, and eventually stop maida completely. Both too much of white rice, and maida in the diet will harm your health, earlier you change, the better for your health.

Hello, there could be different causes for your weight loss. It is suggestive to get a complete health check done, to rule out the possible health condition. But till then you can start consuming energy dense meal, rich in 1st class proteins, every few hours, make sure you have half a glass of water every hour. Include fats coming from invisible sources, best being through nuts and oil seeds. Do not avoid carbohydrates. Include fruits and dried fruits in the mid meals and snack, as they are filled with energy. These suggestions would help you increase the nutrient intake in the whole day, thus promoting weight gain.

Hello, weight gain is a slow process. We would need to increase your appetite in order to gain that extra kg. Try having energy dense meals, rich in 1st class proteins, coming from milk and its products as well as other animal sources, or from a blend of cereals and pulses. Include carbohydrates in your diet. Try incorporating fats from invisible sources, that is through nuts and oil seeds. Do not skip on the mid meals which are perfect for having a whole fruit and other dry fruits. Start with some physical activity as that would help build your muscles, and increase your lean weight. Drink enough water in the whole day.
