You can start doing exercise now, but start with light exercise and increase gradually. You can also do exercise in short intervals 2-3 times in a day. But a good diet plan is needed to reduce weight and control blood sugar without being nutrients deficient.

Hi, though you are not over weight, yet you have more fat in your body. You can increase your muscle weight and decrease your fat by cutting out simple carbs (sugar) from your diet, decrease fat intake by avoiding fried foods and reducing bakery foods. Firstly you should cross check the reports from some other lab like metropolis or Dr. lals. If confirmed, you need low iron diet. Avoid any tab containing irons. Check kidney function also as it may damage kidneys.

Eat a high-fiber, low-sugar diet. Load up on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid processed and fatty foods to keep your blood sugar levels in check.
