Depending on the severity of discolouration bleaching can mask if it is very mild. But again it requires high maintenance and you might have to repeat it time to time. If stains are dark crowns (cap) is a better and a permanent solution. Thank you.

You don't go a day without cleaning your teeth, right? Then why leave the tongue dirty? A dirty tongue equals a dirty breath and development of tongue plaque. Clean your tongue daily with the help of a proper tongue scraper and remove that plaque and freshen your breath.

Do you think that a fallen tooth is always a waste? That's not true. Saving a fallen tooth can be useful.  Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.

A dry mouth is not a healthy sign of oral health. It can happen due to taking a lot of medications. Increase your fluid intake or ask your dentist about an artifical saliva product or chew sugarless gum after a meal so as to keep your mouth moist.

Eating cheese after a meal has 2 advantages. One, it helps in pulling away some of the plaque and leftover tiny food particles from meals. Two, since it contains calcium, it adds to the health of teeth and bones as well.

Lubricate your gums, whiten your teeth and floss with a simple home remedy. Slosh your mouth with coconut, sunflower or sesame oil for 15 minutes and then spit it out. Get that extra shine and improve the health of your teeth with this easy technique called oil pulling.
