Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated. Hello, you seem to be having freckles and Dermatosis papulosis nigricans or DPN. Which are due to aging and skin damage. The treatment is RF cattery, plasma pen or laser. No creams can make it go away. To decrease further new ones from appearing. You need to use Sunscreen. Consult a certified Dermatologist.

Mindful eating needs professional help. There are amny myths in foods as what is good for weight loss and what is notl Green yellow orange shoukd be your choice of colours for vegetables. Seasonal fruits should be your choice of fruits. Restrict Mango and jackfruit. Usee less oil in cooking.

You have to find time for a 45 minute exercise. You have to take at least 2 cups of vegetable in each meal lunch and dinner. One to rwo cups of freshly cut fruits in between meals. Use less oil in cooking. Eat food cooked outside the house as less as possible.

Dear lybrate-user Good to know that you are walking at least for 10 to 20 mins. That shows your spirit. Continue with that. It is better to consult a good physiotherapist for your ankle issues. Regarding diet, kindly avoid all kind of junk foods and start taking more vegetables and salads. Include Millets like ragi, foxtail, barnyard etc. Take warm lemon water early in the morning. Use Bengel gel at night. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. For reducing fat and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.

I am 20 years old. Pain in my testis or scrotum after I ejaculate, I get pain only when I stand. Mostly I masturbate weekly twice. Pain occurs every time I masturbate. I can not masturbate more than once in a day but at the age of 17 you was able to masturbate 4 times a day without any pain kindly give me reason why I can't masturbate more than one a day.

Hello dear Lybrate user, Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. This does not seem to be normal. Possible from varicocele likely. Must undergo doppler ultrasound of scrotum for further evaluation and management accordingly. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery.

If you have never taken any BP medicines and your BP has started remaining high, then 1) We should search for any causes that may be leading to high BP for which you should get Kidney function test, LIpid profile, TSH, HbA1c and Liver function test along with a ecg, echo & TMT. Consult a cardiologist with these reports. 2) You should immediately start with lifestyle modifications like - daily 40 mins of exercise like brisk walking, exercise etc, quit smoking and drinking (in case you do), restrict salt intake in your diet by avoiding salty foods like pickles, chutneys, papads, namkeens, chips, sauces & junk food, normal salt that is added in food while cooking is fine, take a detailed diet consult for a healthy heart diet with a dietitian, if you are obese then target to bring your weight in the BMI limit by exercising and cdiet modifications. 3) Please understand that BP is a fluctuating problem it is impacted by day to day stress, anger, lack of sleep etc so ensure that you work on these factors. 4) If despite these measures your BP remains above 140/90 mm Hg then please consult a cardiologist for medications and remain in routine follow up with them.
