After online consulting, I took his appointment and got he treated me very well. friendliest Dentist i ever met in my life. I have gone to dentist before this, but this guy is more of a friend while treating you so that you don't get scared. He guaranteed me it won't pain during or after the treatment and initially i thought he is just doing marketing, but he proved his claims right. Thanks Doc.
Very nice doctor. I got my tooth jewellery and root canal done. He explains treatment very nicely. He maintains a good appointment schedule and makes sure we don't have to waste much time in his waiting room ( my total waiting time for 7 appointments must be less then 30 mins)

Hi suffering from severe tooth sensitivity From last one month. Tried all medicines nothing worked out please help.
(short, sweet, to the point).
Why gums bleed: in 90% of cases it is due to deposits on teeth called tartar. It is yellowish / brownish/ blackish deposits usually on inner side of your lower teeth (yes, you can see it yourself in mirror).
Another cause may be vit c deficiency.
Treatment: once accumulated, tartar won't accumulate.

sensitivity can be because of various reasons like loss of tooth enamel, cavity, gum recession etc.
sensitivity is basically a symptom of some other problem. It doesn't make sense to try treating the symptoms when the actual cause is left unchecked. just imagine you are having fever due to malaria, and your physician gives you paracetamol for fever. will it help? same is the case when we use anti sensitivity toothpaste for masking symptoms and not treat the cause. cause will gradually worsen and a say a tooth that initially required only filling will now require root canal because you wasted time trying different toothpastes.
I personally advice such anti sensitivity toothpaste only when no other cause is clinically detected.
keep smiling. ☺
Lemon (acid) and honey (sugar) is a lethal combination to weaken your teeth's enamel temporarily.
If you brush immediately after ingesting lemon honey then you tend to wear off weakens enamel which will make your teeth sensitive.
Hence as a dentist I would suggest either brush before consuming lemon honey or wait for atleast 1 hour before brushing.
Food contains carbohydrates which results in minute quantities of acid production. This acid weakens enamel temporarily for about 45 minutes after which enamel reminiralizes itself from saliva.
If we brush within 45 mins to 1 hr, we are brushing weakened enamel which will wear off more easily, gradually leading to enamel loss and sensitivity.
Hence it is advisable to brush either before meals or after an hour of having meals.
