You need to increase the amount of water you drink around 3 litres a day. ..avoid onion garlic in your diet.

E jogging, yoga, push ups and I spent 2-3 hours in workout and my weight is 65 and I want to make tight body structure and in diet process I eat less oil food and drinks 25 glasses of water so it is correct diet or workout? Fat can be reduced by a proper exercise and diet regime. For rehydration you need to consume at least 3 litres water a day and increase consumption of other liquids like coconut water. Unsweetened fruit juices.
