Dear lybrate user as it is summers, you could be developing a headache due to lack of water intake. See to it that you drink atleast 2-3 litres of water in the whole day. Headache could be due to dehydration. Also get your eyesight checked.

Dear lybrate user first of all, thank you for the wonderful question. Would not recommend aloe vera juice for a 3 year old kid, though the laxative properties of aloe vera are scientifically proven, its safety is still in question. The juice might cause abdominal pain or cramps. The following points should be considered for the diet of your kid: - see that your child consumes enough fluids in the whole day. - add fibre to his diet - feed him whole fruits instead of juices - add atleast one cup of vegetables in his diet in the whole day. Regards.

Dear lybrate-user it would be best if you avoid sugar in the tea & keep it limited in your diet. The following 5 fruits should be avoided: chikoo, mango, banana, custard apple & grapes. For a detailed diet, would like to know your fasting & pp blood sugar levels. The rest of the fruits can be had in a limited quantity. Papaya can be consumed liberally.

Dear lybrate-user since your skin is oily, there is a high tendency of developing pimples due to clogged pores.
