Yes you can gain weight naturally. Gymming and increasing muslce weight will help. Eat breakfast within one hr of waking up. Take carbohydrate rich meals for brekafast for gaining weight like poha, upma, parathas, sandwiches, oat meals, idlis gradually increase the qty of rice, rotis, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas in your lunch and dinner along with protein foods like dal dahi chicken eggs fish sprouts paneer etc. All the best.

From 3 days I am not getting hungry. Man hi nai ho rha khane ko. Bs din bhar aise hi rah ja rha hu. Weakness ho rhi hai. Aur grmi se bs pyas lag rhi hai. Smoking se gala jal rha hai. Cigarette chor du kya? Please doctor help me.

Lybrate-user pls cigarettes band kar do. Garmi me bhook nahi lagti lekin fir bhi thoda khao. Garma garam khana mat khao. Thoda room temperature me thanda hone ke baad khao. Khoob paani, lassi, chaas, nariyal pani aur nimbu paani piyo. Kharbooja, kela, kakdi khao. Yeh faydemand rahega. Ho sake to sabza paani me bhiga ke usey doodh ke saath piyein.

Hi lybrate-user, you may not need to run but shld anyways go for small walks for 20-30 minutes at a comfortable pace to stay fit. Along with that avoid junk food like pani puri bhel puri samosas bhajiyas fried foods sweets oily or deep fried foods chips colas etc. Reduce your portion size while eating and infact eat every 3 hours so that your metabolism is high. This is how you can prevent fat accumulation in the body. All the best.

Lybrate-user start with slow walking for 20 minutes everyday. Small changes in habit can help you get your bmi and fat under control. Increase water intake to 3 liters of water avoid junk foods like bhajiyas samosas burgers pizzas, oily and fried foods. Pepsi colas faloodas icecreams chocolates and sweets shld be avoided. Cook your food in lesser oil. Reduce the qty of roti rice bread poha upm ghee in diet. Do not eliminate them, just reduce them and you will see a good difference.

She can start vitamin e and omega 3 supplement for 1 months. Her pain should subside. Getting a sonography of the breast can help clear ang doubts of any. Get in touch with a gyneac so that she can examine the patient and determine if alls okay.

When I eat any thing then I feel like unfordable. Like any one is pressing my stomach. And I can't eat more. After eating only two bread I don't feel hungry more. I feel weak. When I drink milk then there is loosmotiom type problem.

Avoid milk for few days. You seem to be lactose intolerant. Shift to curd instead for a better digestive system. Take 1/2 tsp hing with plain water for 3 days. Your pressing pain your stomach shall subside. Take one bifilac sachet mixed in your cup of curd for healthy stomach health. Just take one.

Lybrate-user you will not need to leave non veg from your diet to lose weight. Just start walking for 20minutes daily and limit oily food fried foods and street foods. You can eat chicken, eggwhites and fish cooked in less oil. However limit use of mutton and all kinds of red meat to reduce weight. Contact a nutritionist so that she can make personalised program for you to enable you to lose weight naturallg and permanently. All the best.
