Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, The disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1. High fever 2. Severe Headache 3. Pain behind the eyes 4. Nausea and vomiting 5. Swollen lymph node 6. Muscle and Joint Pain 7. Exhaustion 8. 1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hello, There is an old saying - ‘Prevention is always better than cure!’ Few changes in your lifestyle can make you and heart healthy. Need to chose healthy, nutritious diet and keep rejecting unhealthy, high-caloried food with little physical activity. -Eat larger portions of low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables, and smaller portions of high-calorie, high-sodium foods, such as refined, processed or fast foods. -Vegetables and fruits are not only low in calories and rich in dietary fiber, but also are good sources of vitamins and minerals which helps in help preventing cardiovascular disease. -Whole grains are good sources of fiber and other nutrients that play a role in regulating blood pressure and heart health. -Limiting how much saturated (butter, margarine and shortening; by cutting down meat or choosing lean meats) and trans fats you eat is an important step to reduce your blood cholesterol and lower your risk of coronary artery disease. Choose monounsaturated fats, such as olive oil or canola oil. Polyunsaturated fats, found in certain fish, avocados, nuts and seeds, also are good choices for a heart-healthy diet. -Lean meat, poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products, and eggs are some of your best sources of protein. Legumes — beans, peas and lentils; apart from this syoabean — also are good sources of protein and contain less fat and no cholesterol. -Reduce the sodium in your food. -Go daily for a brisk walk of 30-40 min. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. -Drink plenty of plain water (12-14glasses per day). -Take 6-8 hrs of sound sleep. -Indulge in some kind of cardio activities like swimming, jumping, running, cycling. -Laughter is the best medicine for any problem. Children should get at least 60 minutes of activity every day. -It's never too early or too late to learn the warning signs of a heart attack and stroke. Not everyone experiences sudden numbness with a stroke or severe chest pain with a heart attack. And heart attack symptoms in women can be different than men. Take Care.

Your problem is termed as premature ejaculation (pe) and in my routine practise I have come across many cases of pe and in 80 % cases the reason was the same and that was h/o masturbation frequently or sexual excesses along with erection problems. My dad is very much addicted to alcohol. I want him to come out of it. But he is not willing to, he was once admitted to hospital for cell damage at liver but then he stayed for one month without alcohol later he started for 15 days n other days he does not drink. Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Go for cycling, jogging, gardening, swimming etc. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. Take proper sleep. Take small meals in frequent intervals. The following 25(OH)D blood serum levels are now generally accepted – Blood levels below 20 ng/ml or 50 nmol/L constitute a serious deficiency Blood levels above 32 ng/ml or 80 nmol/L is the lowest optimal level. To gain weight you can do muscle building exercise along with balanced diet.Eat plenty of food more frequently.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Eat extra protein in diet.add more oil in cooking.Eat nuts,seeds extra.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take stress free rest.
