Mr. Lybrate-user your life style in bad shape are yoy a student/or in job are you married have you any issue in my openion you are requied to take following measures 1. Take 2 glass of lukeworm water when you get up (get up at 5 am) 2. Go for morning walk foe 35 to 45 minutes (brisk movement) 3. Do excercise and meditation for at least 30 minutes 4. After taking bath take a nourished break fast 5. Go for your work and keep yourself in some work either at home or outside it may be study, social work etc. 6, avoid oily spicu and junk food, smoking alcohal, excessive tea coffe 7. Take health lunch which includes plenty of salad with balance diet according to your work 8. Take fruits by 5 pm which should be fiber rich 9. Take light lunch by 8.30 pm. 10. Drink water 2 hour before retiring to bed 11. Avoid all sorts of stress and think positive then watch the result. It should be a regular activity.

Steps to prevent and cure hair greying 1. Constant exposure of hair to heat is one of the major reason for early greying of hair. Heat removes moisture from hair making it dry and rough. If not taken proper care our hair starts becoming weak and white. Some of the precautions that can be taken are as follows- a. Try to remain in shade during peak sun hours. B. Wear a hat, cap or a cover your hair with a scalf to prevent direct contact of hair with sun c. Avoid taking hot water baths. This removes the moisture from hair making hair grey. D. Avoid using blowers at very high temperature, instead lower the temperature and then use to keep hair healthy. 2. Diet is also an important factor for keeping hair black and strong. Lack of vitamins and minerals can lead to greying and weak hair. Lack of vitamin b12 makes hair white while deficiency of mineral zinc leads to hairfall. Hence eat a balance diet with adequate vitamins and minerals to provide complete nourishment to hair. Take a vitamin b12 capsule or a multi vitamin capsule to get rid of grey hair. Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and adequate water to keep hair strong and moisturized. Include vitamin a, b, c, e and minerals like zinc, copper, iron and folic acid for maintaining the dark colour of your hair. 3. Chemical hair products can also lead to grey hair in a young age. Avoid using low quality hair products as these products contain chemicals like ammonia, chlorine etc. That can remove the natural darkness from hair and also make it roots weak. Instead use chemical free products which contain natural extracts to maintain the darkness of hair. 4. Chlorine water in swimming pools can damage the quality of hair. Regular contact of hair with such water can decolourise its colour. Wear swimming cap while you enter the pool. Following these precautions will prevent greying of hair. 5. Biotin present in cucumber, oats, almonds can make your grey hair black. Biotin have properties that help to maintain the dark colour of hair. It has the ability to darken white hair and make hair soft. Hence eat biotin rich foods to cure greying of hair. 6. Stress is condition that leads to degradation of our entire body. It damages our skin and hair taking away the moisture and making it look dull. Stress can also make your hair grey. So avoid stress and try to remain happy always. Try yoga, medication or try some exercise to prevent premature greying of hair. 7. Melanin deficiency in hair also leads to hair whitening. As we grow old melanin in hair starts decreasing and hence our hair becomes grey in old age. In case of lack of melanin visit a dermatologist to get the perfect cure for your problem. 8. Every day scalp massages are very important to restore the darkness of hair. The head massage helps to improve blood circulation in the area, which is very important because the hair is fed mainly through this, and this aspect is very important because the first grey hairs appear in temples because the blood flow is reduced. You can do the massages yourself or ask a family member for it. Get rid of premature greying naturally 1. Natural oil massage helps to improve blood circulation to our scalp. Use olive oil, almond oil or coconut oil for deeply moisturizing hair roots and making them nourished. These oils contain biotin, moisture and other extracts that help in treating grey hair and making them soft. 2. Tea and coffee are natural way to keep hair black or brown. Add tea or coffee to water and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Now to retain your black hair colour rinse it with tea and for getting brownish hair rinse it with coffee. Follow this method just in a week to get rid of greying of hair. 3. Gooseberry (amla) is a natural astringent that has a variety of benefits for both hair and skin. Applying amla paste to your hair helps in retaining the hair colour and treating your greying problem. Some of the benefits of amla includes a. Promotes hair growth b. Prevents and controls hair fall. C. Prevents and cures premature greying of hair. D. Treats infections of scalp 4. Black walnuts works well for darkening hair colour. Break the walnut and add its fruit into water. Now boil the water for 15 minutes and allow the water to cool. Remove all the walnuts from the water and rinse your hair with this water twice a week. This technique helps in restoring hair colour, thus helping you to get rid of your grey hair. Tips to prevent premature greying of hair 1. Stop smoking. It has been shown that people who smoke increases the chances of premature hair graying by four times. 2. To prevent your hair from greying it should be protected from heat. 3. Avoid using excess chemical hair products like shampoos, conditioners, hair gels etc. 4. Try to keep your hair always moisturized. 5. Eat a healthy balanced diet to prevent your hair from becoming white. 6. Avoid wearing tight hats and caps as it disturbs the circulation of blood to our scalp.

Hello dear. First of all take food properly. You didn't take food enough, that's y your body became devastated & you loose weight & feel weakness. Take planty of water. Take good & healthy food like milk, eggs, jeggry, fruits, grren leafy vegetables, peanuts. Take syp. Dexorange 1 table spoon three times day.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging for 40-45 minutes. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Thank you.

Hello,White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Do send me a clear photo of the affected area.

Losing weight is not a secretive issue these current days, since many people around the world are looking for the best weight loss plan they can possibly follow. In fact, there are a huge number of diet plans which can be chosen; but in general, there are three big classifications of diet plan based on its main goal: the low carbohydrate, low fat, and low calorie diet plan.

Three basics of diet plans:

Low carbohydrate weight loss plan: This plan is considered as the most common program to lose weight since the fact has shown that it fits many people. The main idea of this low carbohydrate plan is reducing the carbohydrate intake, as much as possible, in daily meals. Excessive consumption of foods containing lots of carbohydrate like grains and breads should be minimized. As the substitution, the carbohydrate can be taken from fresh fruits consumption.

One thing to remember about this diet is that the plan just restricts the amount of carbohydrate coming into the body; not eliminating all carbohydrate consumption.

Low fat losing weight plan: Besides the low carbohydrate, low fat plan is also effective for losing weight in quite short period of time; under a condition that the dieters obediently follow the rules of fat restriction. This diet is not easy to follow, but if dieters can manage it well, the result will be awesome.

Low calorie: In this diet plan, dieters will be informed about how much calories they are allowed to consume every day and what foods which are recommended. Along with it, regular exercise is commonly suggested to burn the excessive calories.

Commitment is important

Whatever weight loss plan you are following, it will not work well if you do not stick into it. The goal will likely be achieved when you obey the rule and follow the instruction patiently.

Your present weight is 55 kg right but your ideal weight should be 75 kg according your height. Now focus on your diet. This is not a big deal to gain weight. Monitor your life morning till evening what you had or what you had not eat. First of all take a deep breath for 15 min daily and warm up yourself after completing your cool down session. To have 1 glass of milk shake may be banana or papaya with a b protein supplement to have a bowl of cereals like 1 paratha with curd and 2 boiled egg. To have rich dose of lunch. To have in evening juice or fruit or may be sprouts. Continue these all type of food stuff for 1month and check your weight.

Hi there are many reasons for loss of sleep among them stress is a major cause and following are some of the remedies for loss of sleep 1. Take a cup of hot milk with extra sugar 30 min before going to bed. 2. Do pranayama daily 30 min before going to bed. 3. If possible 30 min brisk walk in the evening daily 4. Eat slightly sweets daily for 15 days. Even after this if your sleep is not improved then go for medication by doctors prescription.

Warm saline mouthbath 5-6times/day. Chlorhexidine mouthwash 2-3 times/day. Brush twice daily with proper brushing procedure. And lastly go for oral prophylaxis.
