Hello lybrate-user for periods pain you can take syrup ashokarista 15-15 ml after food with equal water. In diet take more of fruits and vegetables. Do some yoga. Excersise daily. Take proper sleep. Avoid stress etc in pain condition take ajowain and sonf half half teaspoon boil in one glass water and reduce it half and drink warm.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

One of the main reasons for speech disorders and stammering is fear and anxiety. Reduce your speed of speech for now, thus the stammering would decrease and fluency of your speech would become better. When fluency of speech reaches normal, then you gradually increase speed of speech, thus the overall speech can become as original. Because stress and anxiety increases stammering, you should also do transcendental meditation. How meditation affects health? it has been scientifically proved that meditation not only helps the mind but also body because controlled mind and purification of consciousness leads to better lifestyle and improved habits of food, sleep etc which in turn leads to better overall health. Most diseases have their roots in uncontrolled mind and impure consciousness. Over time, we have caused tremendous harm to our immune system. Day in and day out, we have potentially risked our lives by being so casual with our health choices. But still, is it possible to leverage some of this burden and thus make our immune system stronger? what if we incorporate some healthy habits into our daily regime? what if we improvise on our diet? take certain additional vitamin supplements perhaps? make other lifestyle changes in the hope of achieving a near-perfect immune system?
What exactly is the immune system?
The immune system in layman language can be considered as a protective cover of the human health system. We are surrounded by millions of pathogens (disease causing germs) that have the ability to enter into the body and cause damage to it. Here comes in the importance of the immune system, the body's natural shield against these pathogens.
How can you boost your immunity?
You definitely cannot evade all the pathogens and get a top-notch, impeccable immune system, but you can at least try and listen to what your body has to say, and take steps accordingly.
The first and foremost protective measure can be to follow certain general good-health guidelines.
Do not smoke. There can be no compromise on this issue. Smoking or consuming tobacco in any form brings about a host of health complications; the most pronounced of them all is probably cancer. Smoking, in more ways than one, can spell real trouble for your immune system. So better cut down on your puffs or gear up to face the various medical banes of smoking.
Eat a diet which is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low in saturated fat. Some examples may include citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables such as spinach or lettuce, yoghurt, almonds, lean meat. Sipping on green tea thrice a day is a wise choice in this regard. These measures not only strengthen the immune system but also enhance the immune system.
Drink plenty of water. Water keeps the body hydrated, the ultimate prerequisite for a strong immune system. It helps to flush out all the toxins and ensures that the cells get the optimum levels of oxygen. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water mixed with honey and lemon on an empty stomach after getting up in the morning can prove to be one of the best health choices that you can make for your body.
If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation. Excessive alcohol consumption causes dehydration and it can deprive your body of the valuable immunity boosting nutrients. It also impairs the body's ability to fight off germs and infections.
Get adequate sleep. One reason behind stressing on the need to get adequate sleep is because it's so closely linked to the immune system. While you sleep, the body secretes certain hormones and substances which help better fight infections and diseases. This makes these hormones so vital and indispensable at the same time. So now you know what wonders can those 8 hours of sleep do to you.
Exercise regularly. If you're looking for a safe and smart way to boost your immunity, regular exercise is the answer to it. But we are not talking about being an ardent, hard-core gym-junkie; rather exercising in moderate amounts would suffice. Cardiovascular exercises such as walking or swimming, performed 30-45 minutes a day, can prove to be very beneficial.

Hi, in the context that you have have chronic constipation for so long, I would advise you to first meet a gi specialist so that he can examine you properly. Usually, however, constipation is caused owing to a faulty diet and irregular lifestyle. A couple of generic steps that one may take and which gives a long lasting relief, are as follows: (a) eat a simple and natural diet consisting of whole grain cereals, green leafy vegetables and fruits/ dry fruits e. G mango, grapes, papaya, tomato, pears, guava, gooseberry, fig, raisins et al as suitable. Make sure to chew your food properly and avoid drinking water in between. Although, fibre rich foods are usually recommended, please note that fibrous diet sometimes complicate the problem. (b) eat less of fatty, oily and strong foods. Restrict tea, coffee and sugary foods including carbonated beverages. (c) drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water unless advised otherwise by your doc. (d) exercise daily - walking outside, in fresh air, is the best exercise. Its also the safest provided you are not having any joint problems or other health restrictions et al. In case you have a sedentary job, make sure you take regular breaks and walk around a little each time. (f) daily abdominal massage/ exercises also help tone up the abdominal muscles that aid in emptying the bowels. Although, you can safely do the same yourself, I would advise you take help of a massage therapist to intitially train yourself on the process and then you may practise it yourself. (g) after the meals/ dinner, one may try sitting in vajrasana for a couple of minutes. This aids in digestion, and in turn helps overcome constipation too. (h) avoid frequent use of purgatives/ laxatives unless advised by your family doc. (i) reduce mental stress and strain as much as possible. Hope this helps. You may be having hyper acidity 1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. How do we reduce asthma? I need to take aerocort rotacaps before I go to sleep every day. If I dont take one I have breathing probs in the middle of the night or early morning.

You are wrongly adv to take aerocort which is for emergency use only. Take foracort 200 rotacaps twice/day by rotahaler followed by mouth wash
