I would say you need to get your liver function tests done. If they are normal, you need to do daily exercise and get liver function test and usg every 6 monthly. You need to start taking precaution. Remember fatty liver can progress to cirrhosis and liver failure if not taken care. No medications available but regular exercise can surey help.

Sir. I am a 32 years old male. I have been suffering from white coat hypertension what should I do?
Nothing. White coat hypertension is not due to disease but only due to anxiety. Several studies have shown that blood pressure lowering medicines can do more harm than good. But, I would suggest you to take ambulatory blood pressure monitoring for 1 day to conclude that you don't suffer from essential hypertension.

You have to get your blood pressures and sugar levels controlled by medications. Dizziness occurs due to high bp also. Also reduce salt in your diet. And do proper excercises. Take care.

Hello friend, chest pain can occur due to various reasons other than cardiac pain, which many people are scared of. At younger age like you without risk factors mostly they are of non cardiac in nature. So you can relax. As regards cause in your case we need to know the details.
