Allergy isbavlong standing disease .it has no permanent cure. U can try montelukast with steroid sprays intranasally. Or can get immunotherapy after skin prick allergy testing.

I am always suffering from cold and cough also too much sneezing again and again l have to take medicine for rid off, but still it was there. What should I do for that I can permanent get rid off from cold and cough?

Treating Cough (Adults)

Stop tea, coffee and cold drinks and avoid spicy fried food .it can be allergic cough or due to reflux .needs proper evaluation.

I have been coughing from last few weeks.
From last 4 days I have been using benadryl cough formula but not seeing any much improvement. While coughing I get some mucus in mouth.

It can be laryngopharyngeal reflux .the more you try to take it out the more it causes pain. Constriction throat. Avoid tea coffee and cold drinks and avoid spicy fried food too. Take sips of water.

I am suffering from gastric from couple of weeks and I am feeling something stuck in my throat and I tried to vomit and after the vomiting I am feeling same sensation and in some time breathing is pretty difficult and I am thinking it ia mucus or phlegm what I have to do.
