Weight loss of 400 gms instead of weight gain in 1 month is not acceptable. Frequently it is error in assessing the weight. Make sure you have taken the weight with same weighing machine with same cloths with zero arrow. If weight loss is real then baby needs to be evaluated especially nutritional aspect. I have a gut feeling that your baby is fine as long as she is alert active responsive and accepting feeds. It must be kept in mind that after 6 months of life the weight gain usually slows down and is not as rapid as during first 6 months of life. Best wishes

Tooth decay isn't a problem that affects only adults. Toddler tooth decay is a concern for parents because 42 percent of children ages 2 to 11 develop a cavity in their primary teeth, reports the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. Nearly 28 percent of children ages 2 to 5 develop at least one cavity. This may lead a parent to wonder what causes tooth decay, how to prevent it and how to treat it. When a sticky acidic film called plaque builds up on the teeth and begins to break down the tooth's surface. A diet high in sugar can help stimulate the production of plaque. As it progresses, tooth decay can cause an infection of underlying gum tissue. This type of infection is known as a dental abscess and can be extremely painful. Please consult a dentist for treatment.

Observe for the frequency of loose stools and signs of dehydration like decreased urinary frequency, decreased oral acceptance and general activity, if you find any abnormality consult your physician. Continue feeding and ors if frequency of stool is more. You can also give zinc syrup or probiotics. Regards.
