My BP is 125/84 one doctor advised to take muktavati, please advise is it safe and can be used.
It is safe and effective way to treat hypertension. One tablet morning evening would be fairer enough. Some patients complain of body ache, so you can have a multivitamin alongwith or take fresh amla juice alongwith.

Try ashwagandha or tagar natural herbs for sleep correction. Try ayurveda nasya karma and shirodhara which can help you to sleep rather then allopathic medication, as they carry a lot of side effects and are habbit forming. Also, you can try with pranayam and meditation as well, they can help you sleep well.

Please suggest me. Is it needed to take medicines with panchakarma treatment? Benefits of Panchakarma.
You need to understand panchakarma first as mostly people confuse it to massages only. Panchakarma is Ayurveda's primary purification and detoxification treatment. Panchakarma means the "five therapies" These 5 therapeutic means of eliminating toxins from the body are Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana. This series of five therapies help remove deep rooted stress and illness causing toxins from the body while balancing the doshas (energies that govern all biological functions). Vamana is intended for the removal of Kapha Dosha. IN this process we do induce vomiting in patient. This clears out small Intestine. Virechan is the cleansing of the pitta and the purification of the blood toxins. In this we administer loose stools and thus cleans large Intestine of patient. Basthi karma is expelling body toxins and vitiated doshas by introduce medicated liquids or oils through anus. This is generally done in vata conditions. Nasya karma means administering drops of herbal liquid preparations or medicated oils through nose. This detoxification method is also known as Shirovirechana. Raktamokshana is procedure to cleanse the blood and is advised only in very rare conditions. It is not advisable during general Panchakarma. Now, Medicine are given during or after the course judging the patients condition and viability. Take care.

Long term pain in elbow and wrist joints .it has started some 5 months back. I train heavy with weights. Not sure if there is deficiency of calcium for such pain.

Please check your uric acid. Apply gingely oil or Rheumatil oil on painful parts. You can follow some tips for weight loss in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - Manduk asana - Sarwang asana - Setubal asana - Pawan Mukht asana Pranayama -Anulom Vilom -Deep Breathing - Kapal bhati Other exercises -Crunches -Cycling -Leg rotation

Hi My brother's wife wight more then 110 kg. I gave her diet chart. She is taking now 1900 cal per day 62 gm protien and 62 grm fat please tell me is it good or not for bal diet. She eaten 5 times small dait in a day please tell me in detail. She also eat gracia cambogia tablet for wight loss.

Renal calculi can be easily dissolved within 10 days with ayurvedic Medicine. For weight loss You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - Manduk asana - Sarwang asana - Setubal asana - Pawan Mukht asana -Nauka Asana Pranayama -Anulom Vilom -Deep Breathing - Kapal bhati Other exercises -Crunches -Cycling -Leg rotation early morning take atleast 2 glasses of warm water. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. No water after meal. Take 1 glass water before going to bed at night. Drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. Don't drink water in a gulp, instead drink water slowly sip by sip.
