To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.   . .....Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less potatoes, rice. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Dear Lybrate User, You can safely go ahead with your personal moment and nothing will happen per se except that take care not to lacerate your and your partner's lips. Chapped lips do call for an emollient application like glycerine or vaseline, to keep the lips moist. Enjoy!

keep your face dry, wash 4-5 time a day, apply retino-a cream at night and wash your face before sun rise as sun rays can darken your face. you can take vit c and e off and on. welcome.

Drink 2 to 3 liters of fluid (preferably water and some citrus drinks) a day.

Cut back on salt in your diet.

Limit the amount of animal proteins you consume.

Reduce your intake of oxalate-rich foods, such as wheat bran, nuts, rhubarb and spinach.

Get plenty of dietary calcium through foods or supplements.
