Kindly get scaling and polishing done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

U am 29 year old. I am preparing for I. A. S. Now these days I am feeling very tired and lazy. When I try to study on a bed or anywhere. I can stay in one position for more than 10 minutes. I am worrying about my exam that how I can be so active. Sometimes there is blank in front of my eyes for few seconds. My weight is around 100 kg. So m a bit fatty and a chain smoker. Would you suggest me to get out of these weakness. I mean physical weakness which I am facing nowadays.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I am not able to understand what problem you are suffering with right now. Yellow color of urine is not a disease, have more water it will be taken care of . For STD of your wife get the treatment done, by then use protection, better ask the treating doctor also.

Hi lybrate-user, if your all blood&urine reports show normal range of bile pigments&salts, then you need not worry. But take care in diet, avoid oily, spicy food, take more fruits, nuts, dates, water (plenty of, diary products like milk, curd etc take lycopodium 200 potency pills weekly 2 doses like every sunday morning one dose (6-8pills)&night one dose. For 2-3 wks. If any queries, you can ask further.

These are causes of dark circles: • Due to low Hb (Anaemia) • Stress • Due to lack of sleep • Due to excessive consumption of caffeine • Due to lack of proper diet or malnutrition Follow these methods & instructions to clear dark circles: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. • Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.

I am feeling very depressed. All environment whether college or Home or anything else I just feel bad. So there is not a place where I am not under the scrutiny of people. I feel like Someone is Always Watching me. I am constantly anxious. Not a single place is there where I am not tensed. Whether it's eating or listening or driving or whatever. Be it motivational videos, Funny videos, waking up from sleep, music I feel OK for some time but I myself know that this is going to be over. What should I do doctor to have this effect over and be normalized. My parents, few Relatives, Some batch mates and unknown people all aggravate this problem. I am having some sort of ocd and all above mentioned people enjoy it .But I can tackle it. I will undoubtedly 100% follow your instructions.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. 12 Tips to Manage Back Pain

Back pain is a common health problem that affects most people at some point in their life. It may be triggered by bad posture while sitting or standing, bending awkwardly, or lifting heavy objects incorrectly

Common causes:

Muscle spasms and strains

Disc problems: a sudden back movement may cause the disc to bulge or rupture completely. This causes pain in the back or along the course of the nerve that has been pressed-usually the buttocks, leg or foot.

Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis are ( Above> 50 years)

Ankylosing spondylitis: this is a type of arthritis that affects the spine. It occurs mostly in young men. It causes back pain, stiff back and difficulty in bending

Tips to manage Back pain

When you have back pain, use ice or heat. Ice is best in the first 24 to 48 hours after an injury because it reduces inflammation. After 48 hours, you can switch to heat .
Whether you use heat or ice — take it off after about 20 minutes to give your skin a rest.
It is important to keep moving as much as possible. You may require bed rest when the pain in acute, but prolonged bed rest is not helpful.
Exercise regularly to strengthen the abdominal muscles that work with back muscles to stabilize the spine
Always consult a professional trainer before starting a workout regimen
Improve your posture. Keep your spine straight while sitting and standing. Avoid slouching
If you have a desk job, get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch backwards
Design your workplace so you don’t have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse
Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor
When driving, adjust your car set and steering wheel to a correct height and distance
Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist Instead, bend and straighten from the knees

If your pain does not improve, consult a doctor. Your doctor may prescribe anti-inflammatory medicines for a few days till the acute stage is over

Follow these guidelines. Eat extra more frequently than before. Do not skip meals. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add ghee, butter etc with foods extra. Eat fish, egg, meat etc more. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep at night.
