Hi, Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? When you're feeling anxious or stressed, these strategies will help you cope: Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head. Eat well-balanced meals. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand. Limit alcohol and caffeine, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health. Check out the fitness tips below. Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. Count to 10 slowly. Repeat, and count to 20 if necessary. Do your best. Instead of aiming for perfection, which isn't possible, be proud of however close you get. Accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think? Welcome humor. A good laugh goes a long way. Maintain a positive attitude. Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Get involved. Volunteer or find another way to be active in your community, which creates a support network and gives you a break from everyday stress. Learn what triggers your anxiety. Is it work, family, school, or something else you can identify? Write in a journal when you’re feeling stressed or anxious, and look for a pattern. Talk to someone. Tell friends and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you. Talk to a physician or therapist for professional help. For the biggest benefits of exercise, try to include at least 2½ hours of moderate-intensity physical activity (e. G. Brisk walking) each week, 1¼ hours of a vigorous-intensity activity (such as jogging or swimming laps), or a combination of the two. 5 X 30: Jog, walk, bike, or dance three to five times a week for 30 minutes. Set small daily goals and aim for daily consistency rather than perfect workouts. It's better to walk every day for 15-20 minutes than to wait until the weekend for a three-hour fitness marathon. Lots of scientific data suggests that frequency is most important. Find forms of exercise that are fun or enjoyable. Extroverted people often like classes and group activities. People who are more introverted often prefer solo pursuits. Distract yourself with an iPod or other portable media player to download audiobooks, podcasts, or music. Many people find it’s more fun to exercise while listening to something they enjoy. Recruit an “exercise buddy.” It's often easier to stick to your exercise routine when you have to stay committed to a friend, partner, or colleague. Be patient when you start a new exercise program. Most sedentary people require about four to eight weeks to feel coordinated and sufficiently in shape so that exercise feels easier.

Hello Doctor. I am 22 years old. and I want to know how to lose weight very fast because I want to look slimmer and beautiful.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will help you with initial fat loss.

Do regular exercise,,take butter,,take butter with sugar,,take banana with milk,,take mango shake,,take high protein diet,,take fruit juice,,take dates and raisins,,take peanut butter with bread,,take boiled potatoes with butter,,take fruits daily,,take nuts daily,,take after noon nap daily,,this will help

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Rashes are common outbreaks or bumps found on the skin and they can either spread out over a larger area or be localized and are frequently accompanied by cracked skin, redness, inflammation and itching. They also have a variety of causes including certain diseases, psychological factors, mosquito bites, viral, fungal or bacterial infections, environmental irritants, allergies, exposure to the sun and dry skin. 1. If you think your rash is due to allergies, you could opt for over the counter products designed to treat allergic skin rashes, such as oral antihistamines and hydrocortisone creams. Another option is to try a calamine lotion which will relieve the itching and irritation of the rash. 2. One of the easiest ways to get rid of a rash that is caused by heat, hives, poison ivy, insect bites or similar things is to use a cold compress or wrap some ice in a towel. You can also use cold non-skimmed milk to help with this as well. 3. N the morning, wash your face using clean cool water and mild soap then let it air dry. When you shower, scrub your face thoroughly then rinse it. Follow this up with a lotion that contains both stearic acid and glyceryl stearate (or just one if you can? t find both in the same product). You should also be sure that the lotion does not have hard chemicals or antiseptics. You should ideally repeat this process three times a day. 4. Aloe vera gel helps the skin in a similar way to olive oil but with the added advantage that you can leave it on your skin for extended periods of time, such as overnight. If you can, it is ideal to use both aloe vera gel and olive oil (at separate times each day). When you take a banana peel and gently rub the inside of it on your rash, you will notice a soothing effect. This method works for rashes whether they were caused by rosacea, acne, eczema, insect bites or simple skin irritation. It will also help reduce the discomfort and itching that the rash creates.

Vertigo is only a symptom just like pain is only a symptom of underlying disease. Cause of vertigo needs to be found out using appropriate investigations, only then can it be treated permanently.

Hello lybrate-user Chemical peels are absolutely safe as long as a qualified Dermatologist does it. Even though it is called chemical peel, it contains fruit acids.
