Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It's possible you are not eating the right foods as per the body's needs. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 6 calorie dense meals in a day. This is important to manage the high metabolism. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

'keshya' herbs' (herbs which are responsible for growth and nourishing the hair follicles) use in various forms, including oral and local with deep penetrating oils, along with diet management and hair care management will fulfill your desire. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

C. 9 (bakson) chew 1 tab twice daily, adel 9 (adel) 10 drops in 20 ml of fresh water 3 times a day, 6-8 glasses of extra water daily, 2 glasses of milk daily, take nutritious diet, avoid junk, spicy food, fast food and cold drinks.

Your problem can be due to anaemia or hormonal imbalance due to stress. I will advice you below given homoeopathic medicinesfor 5-6 months nd surely you will be normal pulsatilla nig 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1spoon fresh water daily night mensoaid syrup (bakson) drink 2 sspoons in evening. Ferrum sip (sbl) drink 1 spoon twice daily things to do 1. Daily intake of atleat 2 fruit from apple, banaba, pomegranate, papaya, grapes, 2.2 glass milk daily 3. Lots of water daily.

Hi! you can do masturbation 2 times a week, more than this is harmful. Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. Excessive masturbation can cause problems in bearing child. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count and size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run.

Dear lybrate user, for gaining weight take good diet is advisable. But before that your digestive system must good to digest food and elimation of vitamins, minerals etc sholud be used body and ultimately it helps in weight gain. Take more green leafy vegetables, rice, potato, sugar, sweets, fruits, fermented food, ghee, oil, ice cream, clod drinks etc food which contains high calory. Avoid too much physical as well as mental work. Don't supress the natural urges of urine, stool etc. Don't take opposite diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Manage the stress and anger. It is necessary. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can help you. Take protein rich diet more. For more details consult me.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
