I have dandruff. I used many shampoos but still not working. I wash my hair with cold water even in winters still I haven't find any solution. Please help.

Hi. I don't know what shampoos have you used previously. I would recommend you to use ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff. But make sure you keep it for 10mins and then only you wash off.

Hello in order to be healthy, you need to do exercise to increase your metabolism like brisk walking or cycling or swimming or yoga and stretching for 25-30 mins for 5 days a week and take balanced diet along. To withstand normal heat keep yourself hydrated, include fluids like diluted lassi, green tea, lemon water, jeera water. Have lots of fruits like watermelon, plums, melon, apple and salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, tomato. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Try to wake up early like early to bed early to rise, its actually healthy. Thank you.

You take proper meal like milk cornflakes with banana n honey in morning breakfast, in midmorning take fruits juice in lunch take proper meal like dal, vegetables, chapati, rice, curd, salad in evening take ice cream shake, with any fruits, n dinner same as lunch n take proper water in daily routine at least 4 liter

hello , apart from medications just take proper nutrition include healthy fruits and vegetables like apple,chiku, muskmelons,mangoes, cheese, dal, green vegetables, also add dairy products milk,butter, ghee in a.proper amount. do strength training exercise twice in aweek

1. Check your hemoglobin, bp. 2. Avoid stress, anxiety, severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. Have good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits etc 5. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 6. Take one capsule of revital daily after breakfast 7. Consult physician for further advice.

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. Taking medicines or supplements will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. They are supplements not a meal replacer. They will not work if they just replace your meals.
