Hello please follow weakness and fatigue - home treatment if you have generalized weakness and fatigue along with other symptoms, evaluate those symptoms. Home treatment for your other symptoms usually will improve your weakness and fatigue. Mild generalized weakness and fatigue that occur with a viral illness usually improve with the following home treatment measures. Listen to your body. Alternate rest with exercise. Gradually increasing your exercise may help decrease your fatigue. Limit medicines that might contribute to fatigue. Tranquilizers and cold and allergy medicines often cause fatigue. Improve your diet. Eating a balanced diet may increase your energy level. Do not skip meals, especially breakfast. Reduce your use of alcohol or other drugs, such as caffeine or nicotine, which may contribute to fatigue. Cut back on watching television. Spend that time with friends, try new activities, or travel to break the fatigue cycle. Get a good night's sleep. This may be the first step toward controlling fatigue. He does not need any medicines at all.Correct councelling is needed to manage his behaviour disorder.To begin with,do not get disturbed ,only you can correct his behaviour, Accept & appreciate all good done by him. Never scold or slap for wrong doings but never accept his undue demands.Offer him foods at 2-3 hours but never force even he does not eat for a day.Talk to him without any prejudice.Soon he realises that his undue demands will not be fulfilled & appreciated for good .

First of all its not good at this age because its a building time of body, body needs more nutrition for helping in body growth. What you do, change your dietary habits and make a routine time for exercise for body fitness but as a level not too much excess. Took your food in divided meals.

It is ok if you are under weight.But definitely you should try and gain weight by eating healthy foods. Eat more of healthy fats, carbohydrates and protein.
