hello rohit, if you want to slim in 1 month then u have to do cardio n strength exc both. cardio atleast 2.5km running on traidmill and cycling and after that strength training. and diet consumes high protien diet low carbs and zero fat. so go for chicken breast, eggs, sprouts, daal, kidney beans, oat meal, tofu, white eggs, salad, fruits, green vegetabes

Dear lybrateuser, - You can have protein rich foods like milk & milk products- yogurt, paneer, cheese, butter milk, nonveg ( if you have) seafood & chicken, beans, legumes, peas, pulses, soya products, tofu, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, peanuts, also can gave sprouts - add a protein food item with every meal & also have as snack to boost your protein intake.

Hello lybrate-user, Since you haven't mentioned for what and/or which particular purpose you want to know, so I cannot give you any specific response but yes I can definitely help you out with the ingredients. Like you have already mentioned, carrot-beetroot-amla (gooseberry) is one option for mix vegetable juice. Other options can be pumpkin-almond-cinnamon smoothie, cucumber-green apple-kale smoothie, Pomegranate-raspberry smoothie, strawberry-blackberry-raspberry smoothie, orange-pumpkin-cinnamon smoothie, banana-almonds-cinnamon smoothie, oats-chocolate smoothie. Other than these you can also try orange-ginger-pink grape fruit juice, amla-ginger-pear juice, pomegranate-orange juice, etc. I really appreciate your concern, and if you are really eager in this matter, than you even create your own cocktail juice mix with all the winter fruits and vegetables and a bit surprising cinnamon and/or cardamon flavour. THERE ARE MEDICINES FOR THAT ,BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND AS THE SIDE EFFECTS ARE VERY BAD. Instead soak chenna a handful at niight, next morning take after routine exercise Drink half litre of milk and a plaintain. This is enough .As the weather is cold now in Delhi use more Lashun and shont (ginger)

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, tofu, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Drink alcohol in moderation. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. Take your time, and be patient. Over time, you will start to gain strength. Don't rush it. Make sure you have 1 recovery day a week. Pay attention to your core, as it will help you build upper and lower body strength. Try yoga once a week to strengthen your core muscles. Organic foods are best because you get all the nutrients out off your food. Also performing exercises with good form slow movements start of rep 2 seconds end of rep 4 seconds. Changing your workout every month can be good because your body can't be to used to exercises if you don't change your work out, your body will never change. Spacing meals out as well if you're looking at getting massive have 5-7 meals a day one every two hours. Experiment with a vegan diet as animal-based foods, while they contain protein, are also high in fat and cholesterol. Plant-based foods do not contain cholesterol. Try to measure muscle before and after to make you feel like you've achieved well. Give yourself a break about a day or two after the long and hard workout. If your muscles are sore, then this is good and means your making progress. Don't push too hard. You don't want to overdo it! if you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity is good.
