Almond milk is also a great way to put on some pounds. Boil milk with almonds, dried figs and dates. Strain the milk and consume it warm every single day for about a month. Do not throw away the boiled almonds, figs and dates. Munch on them to get all the nutrition.

Hello, Eggs are, power-packed with nutrients and so should be taken for breakfast and post workouts. Bananas can, be used as filler so also be take as Preworkout. Warm, milk for bed time helps (minus sugar).

It seems that your neck pain has started at the age of 24. This is the common age when people develop mechanical neck pain due to poor postural habit during pronged use of laptop/desktop/study/ android phones etc along with inadequate exercise. Hence until & unless your posture is corrected & you follow proper ergonomics advices no treatment will benefit you. Also warm water fomentation + electrotherapy + kinesiology taping will help you a lot. You can visit any musculoskeletal physiotherapist nearer to you.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Please look into your daily routine- are you eating at the right time? hope you're not keeping hungry for long and then eating a lot? exercise helps to keep a check on your digestion and metabolism- so exercise regularly. Have lots of water and avoid having tea and/ or coffe on empty stomach. When you don't have time for proper meals, avoid snacking on junk food, have friuts instead. For forgetfulness- maintain a list of things you have to do - that will help you be more organizped.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

For a female of height 5'3" the weight can be about 52 kgs. Body weight is very much dependent on genetics apart from other factors. But, we can try to give it the best possible opportunity to gain it's potential best. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Sir my mother age is around 35_40. Sir the problem is my mother gets knee pain and joint pains from last three years and gets very serious from last six months. Now she is not used to walk properly. Basically we are agricultural family. The thing is she is used to work very hard after her marriage and lift some heavy weight so I thought due to that only she gets joint pains. We are consulted so many doctors and she is used to prescribe tablets from last three years and also we are consulted Ayurveda. Now my mother is using Ayurveda tablets. When ever she used tablet she will get relief and after that pain gets again. I request you to that please give me a suggestion and complete solution for this thank-you. Your mother most probably is suffering from arthritis (OA/ RA) and its joint symptoms include swelling, pain, stiffness and decreased range of motion. Symptoms may come and go. They can be mild, moderate or severe. They may stay about the same for years, but may progress or get worse over time. Severe arthritis can result in chronic pain, inability to do daily activities and make it difficult to walk or climb stairs. Arthritis can cause permanent joint changes. These changes may be visible, such as knobby finger joints, but often the damage can only be seen on X-ray. - its good that your mother is taking aryurvedic medication as there is no side efects in long term use. Keep taking those medicines. - in arthritis, knee muscles also has weakness. Ask her to do thses exercises- 1 knee isometrics- with her kbee straight and back supported, place towel roll and continously press it for 30 sec and than releive. Repeat this for 10 times. Exer ise should be done 3 times per day. 2 active slr- ask her to raise her knee staraight upwards towards ceiling (15 degree of knee raised only) with ankle toes facing to face - for better understanding of these exercises you can watch on utube (just type name of thses exercises) - also check for uric acid, vit d, RA + ve level by lab test. - take appointment from physiotherapist for better understanding of exercises and condition as to releive swelling, application of ultrasound machine is necessary and also exercises change when muscle strength builds up.

If you have develop no allergies then nothing to panic about. Mostly avoid drinking milk or milk products for 4-5 hours after eating fish.

Hello, give her Alfalfa tonic , 2 tsp twice daily. Angioton 10 drops with water twice daily. Give her lemon water with salt . Drink more water. A cup of the raw beetroot juice once daily. Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat.
