Ringworm

Tinea corporis refers to ringworm of the trunk, legs, or arms. Different fungi cause tinea corporis in different parts of the world. It's common for this infection to originate in the feet or nails, then spread to other body parts. It may spread to the:

  • feet,
  • scalp,
  • groin, or
  • nails.

When fungus affects the skin of the body, it often produces the round spots of classic ringworm, which is characterized by a red ring of scaly skin that grows outward as the infection spreads. Though children are especially susceptible to catching ringworm, it can affect adults as well.

Acute and Chronic Ringworm of the Body

Tinea corporis can be acute or chronic. When acute, the fungus causes suddenly appearing, itchy, red patches that may fill with pus and spread rapidly. When chronic, tinea corporis spreads by slightly inflamed rashes more slowly, and tends to appear in body folds. Widespread chronic tinea corporis is harder to treat and is more likely to reappear.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello, do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Hi lybrate-user glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Start eating methi ka dana (fenugreek) every morning. Put 1 table spoon fenugreek in water at night drink and eat it in morning, avoid sugar strictly, eat jaggery (gurh) after meals, start 1 hour walking daily. Or put 1 table spoon triphla chooran and methi dane ka chooran (powder) in water in night this combination will help in reducing weight plus diabetes control also.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat.

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Hello first of all you need to increase your total calories intake and include one physical activity. Please avoid junk food as it is observed that this kind of food is nutrient deficient and can be the reason of not gaining weight. So try to eat home-cooked food increase the portion size in every meal, take fruit juices, take mango or banana milk shake specially after doing exercise. Sleep for at least 8 hours or can take afternoon nap if you have time, don't take stress. Take chwanprash on the regular basis, if you follow you can see the difference in one month. Good food source of protein are egg, chicken, fish, oatmeal, daal, legumes and nuts.

Mango is a mouth-watering juicy fruit rich in vitamins and minerals. But eating mangoes alone will not help. You need to consume them along with milk. You can also prepare mango milkshake and drink it two times daily for a month.
