I have pericoronitis ,dentist told me to get extraction of wisdom teeth. I already got extraction of 4 premolars for orthodontics is it okay to have 24 tooth in mouth?

Pericoronitis is a painful condition to get relieved of it you have to go for extraction video call for any doubt.

Go for opg xray first if radio graphics images indicate then go for rct first then crown replacement.
