Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

unless the pain is on the left side then it will not be related to your BP. only if its on the left side then the high BP can affect your heart and in turn cause pain on the left side. if you have any numbness or weakness in the upper limb then it could be due to neck (spine ).

Hi there, Signs and Symptoms of Porn Addiction Excessive viewing of pornography. The definition of “excessive” depends on what you consider healthy, or it is the point at which pornography starts to have a negative impact on some aspect of your (or someone else’s) life. Watching pornography interferes with normal daily behavior or responsibilities. More time spent watching pornography, or searching for more stimulating types of pornography, is needed to get you aroused or to climax, i. E. You develop a tolerance. There is a sense of emotional distress, or feeling of withdrawal, when porn use is stopped. Continued use pornography despite serious consequences (e. G. Loss of relationship or job, contraction of a sexually transmitted disease or “STD”). Compulsive masturbating. Sexual dysfunction (e. G. Impotence, premature ejaculation). Use of pornography negatively affects your relationships, for example: It is more difficult to become aroused by your partner. Romantic or sexual behavior between you and your partner changes (e. G. Becomes more aggressive, dominant, or emotionally disconnected). You watch porn as a way to alter your mood (e. G. Obtain a “high”) or avoid other unpleasant feelings, like anxiety or depression. What Causes Porn Addiction? Porn addiction, like other substances or “things” that people can become addicted to, can be understood through principles of “operant conditioning.” This is where a certain behavior, watching porn in this case, is “reinforced,” or rewarded, which in turn makes you want to do it again (and again). It is also much easier to obtain than going out and finding a “mate” to fulfill this drive. The problem occurs when seeking sexual pleasure becomes excessive, impulsive, or comes at the expense of other valued behaviors. Then we might say that one has a porn addiction. Other Factors Influencing Porn Addiction Biological You may have a genetic predisposition to impulsivity, emotion dysregulation, or sensation-seeking behavior. You may have a predisposition to other characteristics that are associated with sexual addiction, like anxiety or depression. As you might expect, higher levels of sex hormones like testosterone or estrogen can affect libido. If you are inclined towards impulsive behavior and have high levels of sex-related hormones, you may be more likely to engage in excessive or compulsive porn watching. Psychological Early-life environmental factors, including adverse events like abuse or exposure to sexual content, can contribute to some of the underlying traits involved in porn addiction behaviors. Mental health: Anxiety. Depression. Personality disorders. Poor impulse control. Performance anxiety. Other mental health issues might contribute to porn addiction behaviors. Social Rejection in relationships and social circles can lead to other, less healthy ways to find sexual gratification. Social isolation: Not only does social isolation increase one’s likelihood of seeking inappropriate ways of being sexually gratified, it also leads to a host of other problems—like depression and physical maladies—that can contribute to porn addictions or unhealthy sex behaviors. Peer influence: If others around you are doing something, you are more likely to do it, too. Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

Back pain is caused due to various reasons. A detailed evaluation is needed to diagnose exact problem. However you can start doing some exercises to relieve from your back pain. Do back strengthening exercises thrice a day. Do back stretching exercises if you feel any tightness. Modify your life style, sitting and standing postures. Sit erect and make sure your feet is touching the floor. Avoid bending forward repeatedly. You can also do hot water fermentation with added salt in it for instant pain relief. It will give soothing effect. Follow this and revert back.

You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Unbalanced Doshas - Diet Tips You Must Follow

Ayurveda recognises how each individual is different and that food intake must vary for each person. Ayurveda in total has identified six taste groups i.e sour, sweet, pungent, salty, astringent and bitter. All these taste groups have health benefits. The inclusion of all of these six tastes gives you satisfaction and provides nourishment and choosing one food group over the other may lead to health issues. A lot of people falter when it comes to eat right and overdo fast food. Eating bitter and pungent foods helps in reducing sugar cravings.

An overall view
The doshas can also be affected by the six tastes. Doshas can increase or decrease depending on the kind of food intake. They fluctuate depending on the laws of attraction. Predominance of ‘kapha’ leads to more accumulation of the same. ‘Vata’ gets pacified by salty, sour and sweet foods. Bitter, sweet and pungent foods reduce 'pitta'. ‘Kapha’ gets reduced by bitter, astringent and pungent foods.

For Vata
Warm and heavily cooked foods are soothing for ‘vata’ type. Sweeteners, fatty or oily food help ‘vata’. Wheat and rice work wonders for ‘vata’. Vegetables, juicy fruits and cream are good for ‘vata’ as well. However, spicy and hot foods should be avoided.

For Pitta
Pitta is fiery; hence hot foods should be avoided. Cool foods assist digestion. Oil, salt and fat should be taken in small quantities. Ripe and sweet fruits and most vegetables help pacify pitta. Dairy products (except sour ones) are OK in moderation. Mint and coriander cool pitta. Pomegranate, rice and coconuts bring down pitta as well.

For Kapha
Kapha needs warming up and should be stimulated. Dry, warm and light foods lower kapha. Less oil and fat should be used. Barley, rye and buckwheat are grains that are ideal for kapha and so are cranberries and apples. Salt should be minimal for kapha types. Non-fat or low fat milk is ok, but cultured dairy should be abstained from.

Ama, a toxic substance, is believed to form once there is incomplete digestion. You should drink plenty of water at room temperature or warm water to prevent the formation of ‘ama’. Eating what sets your tongue on fire is also healthy for your body.

Yes you should go to a gym and try to eat a balanced diet rich in proteins. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Hi, give him BC No. 11, 4 tabs every 4 hourly.Ars. alb. 30 , 1 drop twice daily.you can give him crocin also if temperature goes high and do sponging also if temperature remains high even after medication. If do not get relief within 2 days then consult a physician personally.
