Yes the tooth is repairable and it shd be saved at all costs if possible,,perhaps a root canal treatment may have to be done.

You can get tartar / deposit cleaned .by dentist or else if still there is no improvement you can get flap procedures done for recession in gums.

It depends upon which tooth it is. And how much is the decay. Its always advisable to save the tooth if ppossible. So you need to see a dentist. Only after seeing the case. It is possible to advise.

When I sleep in night my tongue get dry and once I get up in the morning with in few seconds all dryness gone.

If you have mouth opening while sleep you will have the dryness problem and while sleeping saliva secretion will be very low. Kindly ask your family members to watch your sleeping mouth posture then you can get proper information. Thanks.
