All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Hello Lybrate user There are a lot of causes of weight lose like - poor nutrition, disturbed digestion and absorption, hyperthyroidism, anemia, white discharge/ leuchhorea, stressetc. heavy diet can't help you until your digestion is not good. So First of all correct the underlying cause After that Follow a good nutritional diet chart and take some Ayurvedic medicines according the cause to gain your weight. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

1) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, 2) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or mufflar around neck). -Avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -Gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day and take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for CBC (with ESR and AEC) and an X-ray (PNS).

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. For some reason (s) that you have not specified in your question, you have not been able to sleep for 2 days. Consequently, you seem to be excessively stressed out and hence the headache. First and foremost, I would advise you to relax and get a good sleep for a couple of hours in a stretch. Sleep is the best medicine that shall give you a complete relaxation and most likely you will feel much better then after. In order that you feel well and get a restful sleep, I would recommend you the following - (a) apply'pain balm' (from'himalaya') topically on your forehead, twice daily or sos as needed. (b) try light tapotement on your head for 15 to 20 minutes. You may either take help of a trained masseur or someone else can also help you with the same. (c) press the heads of both your thumbs, together, tightly, for a couple of minutes and then release. The above-mentioned should mostly address your current issues. Keep me posted on how you feel.
