Hello, Your BMI is too high and you r included in obesity grade 3.low carbohydrate low fat and modarate protein and high dietary fibre containing diet is prescribed for you. 1800kcal/day energy is needed for you list of some foods that can help you to reduce your weight: 1.Whole grains like whole wheat bread and pasta, breakfast cereal (low sugar), brown rice, quinoa, barley, oat bran and oats. 2.fresh fruits and vegetables (avoided more carbs containing fruits) 3.high quality protein bt low in fat 4.Low fat dairy products such as skim milk, plain yogurt 5.Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice at early morning. Avoid deep fried food ,processed foods, junk foods, alcohol,sugar, red meats, butter, cheese, sausages, I think it will be helpful for you.

Okay Rahul, To loose extra weight do not take sugar,sweetened juice,fruit juice as these turns into fat.Avoid fats foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on empty stomach in the morning.Then do exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,plank,push ups,sit ups,squat.These will help you to reduce fat as well as to build muscle.Eat small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Eat watery fruits and vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Take egg white,fish,lean meat,cottage cheese,yogurt,tofu,mushroom,lentil,peas,peanut.Add healthy fat in cooking in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Take stress free rest.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Do not do crash dieting. Proper exercise which includes both strength and cardio should be done. I would also suggest you free exercises of abdomen like crunches and bends and lunges. If you want I can give you paid diet plan which will be balanced in all ways and you need not stay hungry.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

do exercise. eat fat burner foods. eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. follow a low calorie balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. eat more vegetables n fruits. eat 4 ltrs water.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Start any exercise with 3 to 4 minutes increase timing slowly. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, fried foods, processed food and junk food. A * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Hi, only exercise, you should eat healthy and rich food, more veggies, fruits, sprouts, fish, and chicken once in a while, green leafy vegetables, hydrate yourself drink more fluids, and at the same time take complete rest good sleep for 8 hrs, as you no crunches will help in reducing belly fat.

We’ve heard over and over again that weight loss is important in managing PCOS and that diet and exercise are more effective than medications in improving your PCOS symptoms 1. Eat organic food. Avoid junk. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Exercise regularly. Brisk walking is a good idea to keep weight under control. 4. Visit nature places and spend time alone. 5. Take steps to calm your mind. Worrying about the problem can only make it worse – listen to music, read or spend time gardening. Butterfly Pose can be very helpful in PCOS. Don’t flap your legs too much; instead try holding the posture for long. 1. Even more helpful is SuptaBadhakonasana (Reclining Butterfly Pose), which works just like the Butterfly Pose,this time lying down. This is what makes it extremely relaxing. To enhance the experience, play some soft music and place cushions under your hip. For beginners, it is a good idea to use cushion support while doing this posture. 2. Bharadvajasana (Bharadvaja’s Twist) is a seated spinal twist that helps PCOS patients. 3. Chakki Chalanasana (moving the grinding wheel) is a very simple exercise with several benefits. It helps massage the liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus and the reproductive organs. 4. Shavasana (Corpse Pose) is another useful posture to try. In PCOS, the more you relax, the better you feel and this posture will help you completely relax at the end of your yoga session. 5. Padma Sadhana practice is also considered very effective for PCOS patients. 6. Make sure you don’t hold the postures that put pressure on the abdomen (Bow Pose, Superman Pose, Cobra Pose and Boat Pose) for a long time. 7. A few rounds of Sun Salutation at a faster pace can be good for weight loss; however, it is a good idea to practice only a few slow rounds daily for more relaxation.
