Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. You must lose some weight weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.

One year back my weight day by day losing and my both legs nerve pain unbearable, consulted physician on test sugar level is deducted 340, diagonals the medicine is nexpro RD 40, Gabapin NT, Glycomet-GP 1.after 10 days my sugar level is 240, but my nerve pain still there, I am very fed-up depressed, please suggest me effective medicine my age is 30 female, Thanks.

Diabetic neuropathy may cause such pain, burning sensation and numbness in lower limbs. Mild massage with some ayurveda oil like Pinda Thailam or ordinary Thil oil in the evenings (sesame oil) may be helpful. If the sugar level come to normal gradually the symptoms also will come down. So continue diabetic treatments through consultation with your doctor.

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Do brisk walk for at least 5-6 kms a day. Breathing exercise will help you a lot add good amount of salad and 15-20 gms of flax seeds in your diet avoid non veg foods, alcohol. Green tea 2 cups a day is wonderful in your condition defaecation should be daily and proper and lastly 6-7 hours good sleep is must.

Let me know your 1 day meal pattern and increase your fiber intake and cut down your fast food or oily food intake. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups.

Well recommendation is to go for bariatric surgery for bmi above 32.5 with co-morbidity. Please remeasure height and weight and recalculate bmi as weight (kg)/ ht (m2). Don't use bmi card or calculator.
