It is not advisable or safe to take medicines like clonazepam without it being specifically prescribed by your doctor or without their supervision. Also, it is not a treatment for anxiety, merely something that provides relief from symptoms for a few hours. If you have anxiety, I would advise meeting a medical practitioner and starting proper treatment.

In the first place, it should not have been continued even for 6 months. It should have been replaced by other medicine preferably from ssri group which are more safe in long term and don't carry risk of dependence. Anyway, now first you should take 2 different pills containing propranolol and clonazepam. Propranolol is commonly available in the name of capsule betacap tr / tab.
