ulcers occurred due to sharp edged tooth or some overhanging margin of a filling or crown.....we need to find the right cause before we can start over the treatment........for pain relief, you can apply a topical oral ulcer gel containing choline salicylate and lignocaine hcl..aslo start warm saline rinses

There is no such treatment or madication for mouth ulcers. Avoid spicy foods. Addd more fruits in your daily diet. Take much water and fibrous foods. If possible take dinner around 8. Not too late. This habbits help u.

These are just apthous ulcers so no need to worry. But yes I know that they are quite painful. Use kenakort ointment thrice a day and mucopain gel for symptomatic relief during meals. Usually they take 2 weeks to regress. For 1 week they aggravate and then they regress. You must have been in some kind of stress, be it emotional or physical or even mental. Even exam stress can lead to these painful ulcer.

the most common conditions could be an enlarged prostate or an incomplete urethral stricture or a urethral or bladder diverticulitis. Kindly get an ultrasound of your kidney urethra bladder and prostate for further diagnosis and get back with the reports.

it's quite long time before you had a foot drop and still not recovered. Recovery chances depends on your nerve. Need to take a nerve conduction study. And then you need to see based on the report findings if there are any changes of recovery or not.
