Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands.
Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.

1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.

Augmentin is a good antibiotic.
Work up should be done for difficulty in swallowing if it not relieved. It may be functional but investigation should be done like endoscopy.

Although it is unusual to have the cough with having the medications that you are taking, I believe that it could be the azithromycin which may be causing you to have the symptom.
