I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
While receiving anti-tb treatment, an increase in uric acid levels of more than 8 mg/dl was accepted as “hyperuricemia” that is a well-known side effect of pza. Patients with hyperuricemia and/or arthralgia related to therapy were analyzed for renal disease, concomitant use of loop-inhibiting diuretics.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Normal tuberculosis (i. E not drug resistant) can be treated along with presence of pregnancy. Not to worry if one has been given rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide for treatment of tb along with pregnancy. So no need for abortion but regular consultation with gynaecologist for monitoring fetal well being growth and development is needed.
