Sir/mam maine 8 sal pehle root canal krwaya tha but cap nhi lagawaya tha .ab hamri dadh toot gya hai aur loose bhi ho gya. Kuch din se dant dard hai aur face pr swealling bhi a gyi. Dentist ko consult kiya to btya ki dant niklna padega aur pus pad gya hai. Isiliye pr pehle swealling km ho. Sensiclav 625 mg cap cefolac tab. Trypsin hexidine mouth wash ye medicine two days se le rhe hai swealling km ho gyi but 100percent nhi theek hui. Koi aur medicine chal sakti hai kya.

D/sir. I had undergone hysterectomy in dec 16 n I am also suffering frm slip disc problem. Now my problem is that after my surgery I have gained weight now this time my wgt is 88 kgs n my height is 5'1" n also I am facing problem of rashes on my face n gets puffed red eyes the moment I wake up in the morning n this problem is occurring in very short interval of time n with those rashes I got severe itching on my face n neck area. I am undergoing treatment with a skin specialist n taking med like tab allegra 180 mg, tab atarax 25 mg at bedtime n also taking treatment frm an orthopaedic n the med are tab enzomac, tab acuvin, tab adtrol plus n also had injection course of depo medrol once a week i.e.two injection per week. Bt nothing much of help .now my problem is now becoming worse as today on 25 may 17 I was unable to walk .my lower back got stiff n its really painful while walking I am unable to explain my pain which I am going thru. Pls help me as I am in great trouble. Thanx in anticipation.

Health Query

Hello. I had perianal abscess which got drained in April 2014. The doctor put me on ciprofloxacin 500 mg 6 hourly and Enzomac twice in a day. After a month wound healed but there was always an opening about size of a needle head a the wound. The pus reoccurred thrice during these two years. Doctor prescribes antibiotics and sitz bath and it goes in few days. This time after 8 months there is a discharge as well. Doctor put me on satlum 375 and after 3 days it is almost 90% fine. There is just a small drop of discharge that too if I squeeze the place tightly. Doctor says it is a fistula and advised Mr. fistulogram. Can I live with it without surgery without having any complications. I fear if I do surgery there are still chances of reoccurene. It doest hurt me. There is no pain. It gets fine after antibiotics for few days and goes for 7- 8 months. It gets bad if I have constipation otherwise fine. Should I go for Mr. fistulogram. Is it painful. I fear if they inject dye it will open up the wound and surgery will become unavoidable. Presently after 3 days of medication and sitz bath I feel 100 % fine. Please advise sir.

Fistula cannot be cured by medicines. It will go on recurring. Lf you want to get rid of it permanently, then you heve to undergo surgery.

My baby girl is 1 month and 21 days old. 3 days ago she had pimples on her one cheek. Pimples were spreading. The doctor prescribed her dermadew aloe cream. After applying the cream she had white patches on that cheek. Then we went to the doctor and doctor prescribed dermadew aloe lotion. I applied the lotion on her cheek yesterday night. Today when I wipe her cheek with wet cloth then I saw that the white patches were more distinct and the upper layer of her skin is removing. Is it side effect of cream or lotion. Sir please suggest me what to do.

I am 67 suffering from pain in right hip and leg for 2 months. Dr. prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin capsules with pain killer eldofen Mr. and advised me for physiotherapy swd, ift, tens and us therapy which gave some relief but pain started again then referred me to orthopedics who prescribed volitra gel, tablet etoshine Mr. 1 bd, tab disperzyme 1bd, tab gabapin nt 400 mg once before dinner, capsule lycomega once after food and advised for physiotherapy swd, ift, us therapy with exercises and directed for mri spine ls. Xray spine ls ap/lateral. Emg and ncv tests. X-ray emg and ncv tests are normal but mri shows disc l5 s1 indenting nerve root cause pain. Impression: posterior protrusion l5 s1 indenting nerve root. I have been suffering from insomnia and gas since last 30 years but it has increased more. I am taking above medicines regularly as directed and for insomnia taking lonazep md 0.5 mg for last 7 years but getting very less sleep for 3 hrs only. Gas production in stomach is very high causes flatus then pain reduces as gas passing stops pain increases. I take bland diet moong dal chapati bottle gourd tori in vegetables and toned milk. But problem still persist. Please advise.

He should undergo a doppler study of peripheral arteries arteries of the affected lower limb. You can change the antibiotics to linezolid 600 mg twice daily for 5 days & apply ointment enzoheal at the wound after cleaning with betadine. But the newly developed gangrene has to be treated surgically.
