You can not see spot on retina , retina is most important &inner part of eye responsible for our vision,it can be examined by ophthmologist with the help of ophthamoscope or indirect ophthalmoscopy.It will be better for us to comment if you share photos.

This appears like Ear drum perforation as a result of cold and middle ear infection. Ear must be kept dry with no liquid entry of any type. Wipe outside with cotton buds. You require aggressive treatment of nose congestion, cold and chronic infection. Once dry Ear drum reconstruction surgery may be considered. See ENT Specialist for the management.

You are having 2 diff. Issues. Apply heat (using a clean cloth warmed by pressing iron/tawa) for 10 min three-four times a day. No eye drops will do good. Eyes do not need cleaning by us; God has provided tears for this.
