Seems like folliculitis, may result in dandruff also. Try to use the internal homeopathic medication sulphur 200 one dose[6-8 pills]. Jaborandi hair oil externally. You should use the shampoo also with herbs like reetha, or shikakai, neem contents with. Apply neem paste or pour neem leaves boiled water just one mug while taking head bath.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink.
2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil.
3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana.
4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C.
5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains.

Plz continue ketoconazole shampoo on alternate days. Also add zydip-c lotion once daily application at night. By the time send pictures of the same. It can be scalp psoriasis.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
