I am 23 years old male I am having hairfall and when I scratch my head I get something dry and powdery lodged under my nails in great quantity. I do not use any shampoo as I have noticed shampoo causes my hair to thin and fall faster and same goes for conditioner tried this with a lot of brands out there.

There is no permanent treatment for seboric dermatitis, you have to take care continually ,use Scalpe Shampoo on alternate days n apply Zydip lotion at night Take one tab of HAIRBLESS once a day, drink lot of water and eat Salad n Fruits avoid using oily n sugary foods.

I am suffering from a rash on my bumps between them, I am using cloterite-bn clotrimazole, beclometasone & neomycin sulphate cream since 2 days I have relief from pain but it is not still cured and another layer like bubble on it is formed can you please suggest me what to do? Hello Mam. My daughter has got severe dandruff and day after her hair bath also, as it spreads completely and even it smells .bcz of that she get acne surround her forehead and back. No hair oil, zydip C lotion local application twice daily for 2 weeks only, use salisia KT shampoo alternate day for 2 months. Oral drugs can also be added but only after consult by a qualified dermat. Show to some good dermat.

It seems some fungal infections in my head scalp area and beard skin area. In this reason dandruff occurred all time. Sometimes the scalp itching and irritated. I have tried ketoconazole shampoo on the scalp and fluconazole tablets taken. But the infections are not completely cured. What is the solution?

I am facing a severe hair fall due to flakes on my scalp. It is very itchy and I used to comb away the flakes every time. But stopped it now. My hair line is receding at front part. I used mintop 5% for regrowth of hair for 7 months but stopped after it was not working. But for flakes on scalp I didn't used anything. I have to do head bath for every 2-3 days due to flakes on my scalp. If not, I feel so itchy and uncomfortable until I do head bath. There is severe hair loss if I delay head bath for more than 3 days. I use salisia kt anti dandruff shampoo. Especially at hair line the flakes are more which results in receding it further. As days passing my hair is getting thinner and lighter .please help me and provide suggestions for reducing flakes on scalp and regrowth of hair. One question - if we lose hair due to flakes on scalp, is it possible to regrow hair at lost place again or is it permanent hair loss? I lost hair at front part due to flakes but no hair is regrown and I believe follicles are there at front part. Please suggest medication to regrowth of hair if there are follicles present. Thank for reading patiently.

Good evening doctors, I have one enquiry related to nasal polyps surgery. I just had a surgery of polyps two month before. Doctor advised me to take Montelukast 10 mg tablet and Loratadine 10 mg for lifetime as well beclometasone nasal spray as well. Is it okay to continue these medicines for such a longtime. Thanks in advance.
