The oral ofloxacin and ornidazole drugs along with sodium fusidate ointment for the application can heal a part of the abscess only without surgical drainage. You may need to drain the abscess.

First three are used as an antibiotic and trenexa is used to stop bleeding and flora bc is used as an probiotic and I will suggest you to confirm it with your treating doctor.

Once you start a medicine you must give enough time to it to work you can take paracetamol 500 3 or 4 times a day for pain do lot of salt water gargles. Avoid spicy fried chilled food. Take some rest. No antibiotic is better than other.. No medicine is without side effects but get they are minimal and selflimiting.

As per your complain. Its not related to circumcision. Possibly you get urinary tract infection. As you said antibiotics taken by you get relieve than please continue the same antibiotics complete course of at least for 7 to 10 days, drink plenty of fluid.
