No, I do not think so, ofloxacin is not know to cause gynecomastia. Besides for an adult its only half the dose. And even if so any medicine causing it once withdrawn the effect gets reversed in the majority.

Dear Lybrate user, it is not advised to take any medicine for your infection without consulting with a doctor. He will examine your infection and only then medicine can be prescribed. Meanwhil, clobetasol is a steroid that will only suppress the symptoms and not cure the disease.

From the thing you are saying what you might be having is otitis media.
You need to go to ent surgeon.
He shall evaluate the cause for the persistent discharge.
It might be because of infective focus.With in your nose or throat. Which might not be manifesting over there but constantly acting as nidus fir the infection of ear. You might be having eustachian tube problem. That might be another reason for the continuous ear infection
