Than follow the following diet. If still does not help, consult us.
Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food, Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks, cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator. My twins were born on 35th week with weight 1980 and 1850 gms. They are given two antibiotics - zostum and netilmycine. Doctor told babies are fit but the antibiotics are given to prevent infection. My question is are these antibiotics harmful for babies? What is the max dose for these two?

Helo. Antibiotics are indicated if there is documented infection. We do blood culture etc. To know if baby is suffering from infection. Every medicine has side-effects. U can take 2nd opinion.

I was affected by mumps. My age is 38. circumstances, I had been affected by orchitis in my left testicle. Went to an md doctor, he gave me dns for 3 days with dexona, polybion and razo injection along with zostum iv injection. Zostum was given as 1 vial twice daily for 3 days. Now, I feel better. But, it has seen that I have been suffering from discomfort during urination along with it has also feel that my left testicle is smaller than my right testicle. I went for an ultrasound and report has come as 1. Small hydrocele 2. Orchitis urine has given for re and cs. But, the report has not come yet. I want to know is something wrong in my testis or whether it has need of surgery though I have a mild pain (you may be treated as no pain) or discomfort in my testis.

Orchitis in mumps is very common. No need to undergo any form of surgery. Continue with the antibiotic which is prescribed or will be advised after looking at urine culture report. A scrotal support is very very helpful. Wear that. Also as it is a viral infection, it will subside with body immunity. So maintain good nutrition.

My mother is 53+ year. She is suffering from diarrhea and abdominal pain from last 15 days. We did 5 sonography test.in 3rd test we found colitis we gave treatment of colitis for 1 week which include flagyl, zostum and other antibiotics but no use. Case remains same. After doctors suggestion we did ct scan and colonoscopy test and thankfully there is no symptom of cancer in it. After colonoscopy doctor told us it's not cancer. After colonoscopy we again did stool test in this test doctor found amebiasis. Last 2 days we took treatment of amebiasis. We saw effect for 1 day with use loperamide but suddenly today afternoon watery diarrhea started and abdominal pain after diarrhea. Now doctor again asks for stool samples any suggestion or help. Please.

You have not mentioned the age and reports of the investigations done so far. Your child seems to be suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection which would need detailed evaluation like ultrasound whole abdomen including kuv and plane and contrast ct scan kuv to rule out any blockage in the passage.
