The most common form of sexual dysfunction due to sertraline and other SSRIs is ejaculatory dysfunction. This can take the form of either delayed ejaculation or complete inability to achieve ejaculation. Quitting meds wont be enough. You might need a herbal aphrodisiac to become normal.

There are many causes of delayed ejaculation such as alcohol intake, medicines used for treating hypertension, depression (antidepressants ) etc.
