Sertraline is fda classification c drug ,it should be given during pregnancy if it's clearly indicated and it's benefits outweigh it's risk according to studies there is very little chance that it will cause any defects in the fetus. You should not stop sertraline abruptly as it will cause withdrawal symptoms, consult your doctor and follow his advice.

Hi, sertraline is considered a safe drug during pregnancy. It may be essential for your mental health, that is why it has been continued. Please continue taking and check with your doctor again.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, delayed ejaculation is often a side effect of ssri or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like fluoxetine (flunil) and sertraline (zosert). Change of medications will solve his problem. Do not stop the medications suddenly, it requires tapering down gradually and gradual changeover to other group. Consult psychiatrist for this process.

- Sometimes low dose Trazalon can be used to manage sleep proble...more

You are on an anti depressant medication. If you stop it abruptly you may land up in rebound depression which is dangerous. 1. Consult your psychiatrist for modifying the medication 2. Don't shy for psycotheraphy which is more effective.
3. Yoga medication, active and healthy lifestyle is needed.
4 do not expect others to help you out. Self help is best help. Identify the cause of your depression and work on it slowly you can withdraw from medication and have better life.
