Dear lybrate-user,
it is nice that you are regular in taking clozapine and amisulpride in adequate doses. Please continue them to prevent relapse of positive symptoms of schizophrenia. Apart from tablets, you need psychosocial rehabilitation services to improve your memory and logical reasoning. Please consult a psychiatric social worker or rehabilitation specialist for it. You can also take cognitive remediation therapy. All these may be available in a rehabilitation halfway home or shelter...more

No they are not contra indicated with each other. Generally when clozapine is used, it is used alone in equivalent dose of required antipsychotics for the reason to control symptoms.
Side effects decides about combining two or more drugs generally to reduce side effect of high dose of individual drug.

Hello lybrate user.
Kindly consult a clinical psychologist for your aunt as along with medicines you need therapy/counseling too. These medicines have many side effects so it's important that through therapy you bring changes in the lifestyle of your aunt.
Also take proper psychiatric help to know about the medicines. One should not change or remove medicines without proper consultation.
Take care.
