I am felling poor sleep now is it sign of relapse or not proper treatment. I am doing all remedies like exercise a definite time of sleep wake cycle. I ate medicine three time 1 time clocit5, klon then I cured it was due to after doing hard labour not selection in medical college. After some month break up with my girlfriend ye bimari sath hi hone tha I was not in position to forget her at all. Then I again went to the treatment my doctor gave me triwin c plus for three month then I cured at all. Nothing to maintain anything like sleep cycle exercise bilkul think ho gya. But after 8 month it started again mere sath aisa kuch incident bhi nhi hua tha I was eating talking normal but problem was sleep disturbance in night then I again went for treatment amitriptlne chlorobenza 25 mg for six month then I cured now after nine month of left this medicine now I am feeling poor sleep what should I do. Should I go again for treatment. Or should I go ahead in my life with this poor sleep. Mujhe kuchh samajh me nhi aa rha if I say this family again all my family member will trouble. I do not want to do this. So I decided to go ahead with poor sleep in my life is it right is it affect on my health what should I do. Kya bar bar medicine khana sahi hai kuch to hoga jisse mai puri tarah think ho jau this is affecting my study I am not understanding what should I do.
