You don't need it.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
No. It is not necessary on a routine basis when human rabies vaccines are properly stored and given according to the approved schedule in a healthy individual. An effective recall of anti-rabies immune response is possible over decades, even in the absence of detectable titres.

Hello!
if you have been vaccinated with full schedule once but your exposure to dogs continues with bites or licks then go for a serum sample test every 2 years.
Plus check antibody titre after exposure and do not let it go below 0.5.
2 doses after bite are fine. Next if you have any bite then only go for these measures.

There is no effect of alcohol on vaccination but should avoid alcohol not only after vaccination but also for ever. It is not only injurious to personal & physical health but also for family and social health.

You can consult me for more doubts regarding this online by clicking on my photo and booking an appointment however, if you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Whenever a complete anti rabies vaccination schedule is taken, whether it is the pre exposure or post exposure schedule, the immunity is long lasting, perhaps also life long. However, the protocol is to take two booster doses of vaccine in case of fresh exposure,on day 0 and day 3 .
